Excellent location and beautiful gardens which the kids enjoyed exploring. The rooms were very spacious and beds were comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful too. Dinner in the bar was tasty.
The carpets and furniture could do with a freshen up. The windows in our bedroom didn't have safety latches which is dangerous for families with young children. Our room was right next to a main road and the traffic in the morning was a little noisy.

I came to the hotel after a rainy day. My equipment was wet, but I was glad to have such comfortable room.

Everything, from the ambience to the atmosphere to the views and the food, we had breakfast included in the price of a one night stay at the hotel, the porridge was very tasty and hot breakfast was delicious, the breakfast room is decorated very tasteful and bright, we had an evening meal in the bar, the menu had plenty of choice to choose from, l thougherly enjoyed the hot seafood dish of the evening whilst my partner had the traditional bear battered fish & chips, the entertainment in the bar was very welcoming and really enjoyed talking to a the locals.
We certainly recommend this quant yet zesty hotel as it's a real gem.
Having to leave.

Everything was spot on for us, in this oldy worldly tasteful hotel and bar in Glenbeigh on the ring of Kerry, from the ambience to the atmosphere to the superb food and the traditional music in the bar, we could not nick- pick.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, the bedroom was big spaciously clean, and what a view of Rossbeigh beach was a superb bonus.
The hotel lies between killorglin Town and Caherciveen on one of the rings of Kerry.
We didn't stay long enough, but we will definitely return.

Very nice and friendly staff.
Leak in the dining room ceiling.

Cosy and comfortable hotel. Great location to drive around Kerry. Only a few minutes away from lovely beaches and lakes with scenic routes all around. Very friendly staff, and food was nice
We visited in off-peak season so there was no live music or events on near us and many places were closed. Would probably be great atmosphere in peak season with live music and more people

On arrival, we were greeted by Karina who upgraded our room so that we had a view of the mountains . It was a pleasant surprise.
The bar is welcoming and food really good. Altogether a very relaxing experience.
We found the breakfast to be fairly ordinary with things such as jam or toast needing to be asked for. The 'Irish breakfast ' was well and truly overcooked. Porridge was good however. (I had expected something along the lines of the bar food ).

Super comfortable bed in a beautiful room with modern devices. From the window, you get a nice view of the sea.
Awesome food and beer in the restaurant below, great Irish experience with a lot of locals to get to know. Very cozy with a fireplace to keep you warm.
Also in the morning we got a very good full and mini Irish breakfast.

Love this hotel. Second time staying. Staff lovely, food was amazing and my boyfriend said the Guinness was spot on.
Found the bath tub to be small and the glass cover opened inwards instead of out making it difficult reach the taps.

Breakfast was very nice. Good choices and variety.
Bathroom was really small. Floorboards in our room (#4) seemed a bit loose and creaked. WiFi was very spotty in terms of coverage in the rooms.

Well located, good bar with plenty of food options. Breakfast was excellent and a good variety.
Bathroom was a little dated but clean. Had an extraordinary amount of small moths in the room, perhaps previous couple had the window open or something??

Royal Breakfast!
Close to the road, so it could be a bit noisy.
Old fashioned style but kinda charming.

historically unique and interesting. gorgeous gardens full of birds.
only minor annoyance was sparsity of electric outlets— have to move furniture to plug anything in and then choose between a phone and a bedside light. but this comes with the uniqueness, I realize
