Compare to it's category Olive Grove is a very nice hotel. It's located in a perfect place , next to the beautiful Canal d'Amour. The rooms are nice, the breakfast is ok. Don't expect a miracle, but compare to it's category its a good place, worths to spend the holiday there. Yannis the owner is a very good guy, we talked a lot. We also met a few British guys there who we liked very much. The pool area has a very good athmospere.
The bed was a bit small for 2 persons. In the entrance of the public shower there should be a door or a curtain:(

The room was nice, big and clean. Into the kitchen, you can find everything you need for your stay. The host was very friendly and helpful. In general, the room exceeded our expectations, and we were happy with our choice. We would come again!
I only didn't like the 3rd additional bed because it wasn't comfortable. The main bed was good, only the additional one was a little firm to sleep on. So keep in mind if you book a room for 3 adults.

The host was incredible, great value for money! Everything was clean, everyone friendly, the pool was amazing too. The nearest spot to the beach is 5 minutes away and its breathtaking. Overall, it definitely exceeded our expectations.

I'd like this place. Very nice location and beach, though this beach not so big. Gregory is very nice and polite person. I was impressed by cleanliness and tidiness in the room, though shower seems weird to me

The beach - close and nice. Also all comfort nearby (market, restaurants, ATM)
Uncertainity if the A/C is included in the room price and if not, what the price would be. The owner's personality is strange. I usually exclude such personalities from my personal/business life due to my former experience.

It’s a great deal for the price we payed. Very close to the canal d’amour beach, and about 10 minutes walk from Sidari beach. It’s great located, far from the noisy Sidari, and just 2-3 minutes away from a small spectacular beach near canal d’amour. Right near the hotel, there are 2 supermarkets, and a lot of tavernas. The closest, almost the best in Sidari - Katerina’s. Also they have big parking, so no worries about this either. The host was very welcoming, did his best for us to feel comfortable. We spend there 7 nights, the room was cleaned every 2 days, and towels changed. I stayed on the Greek island many times, I think this was the best value for the money and the most pleasant host. Thank you very much.
I saw comments about paying for the air conditioner, we were not requested to pay.

We got there after check in time and there was no reception. A guy from the bar said he couldn't do anything. We feel like an unwelcome guest arriving at someone's house and not a hotel. Hours later someone showed up with the room key. There was no air conditioning in the room, we were expected to pay a fee but we were not informed, as there is no reception it was not possible to solve this problem.

Very close to the beach + to the Canal d'Amour and the BEST restaurant of our whole trip: Katerina's. The apartment was nice, the pool too. Our host and the cleaning lady were very friendly!

Nice, clean pool.
Convenient location, very close to Apotripiti beach.
Friendly staff.
Cool hammock near the pool.
Easy parking.
Breakfast (included) was not bad.
The pictures on Booking.com refer to the new portion of the hotel, but we were given a room in the old one, where doors and windows, wirings and some furniture were old.
We stayed there four nights, but they didn't change the towels.
The bathroom door could not be closed:
we asked to fix it, but they didn't (it would have been very easy if you had the key).
Small bathroom, that gets soaked when you take a shower.

location and pool were fantastic. and the hosts were fantastic. they hosted a bbq on the Saturday night that was amazing
bed could have been comfier. aircon didn’t work just blew out hot air. plus the shower was solar hot water so at night or before our early flight we had to have cold showers:(

If you visit Sidari, stay in this part (toward the west), lively but quieter than the main area. It's a short and pleasant walk to a small and picturesque beach, with good water (whereas the swimming further east is dire unless you love algae). Our room was right by the pool, which was fun (not too noisy). We appreciated the north-facing view. The hosts are friendly and helpful, eg they lent us a beach umbrella. Breakfast was not exciting but satisfying, and the "English" is a good deal.
No serious complaints. If breakfast started earlier than 9, they'd avoid having to serve most of their guests then. To keep our porch window open at night, we needed to move a bit of furniture and luggage to block it so no one could enter (though that seemed unlikely). A few more perks, eg a change of the provided shower gel and more dishes, and they might upgrade to three stars.

I really enjoyed the mojito I drunk one evening, it it reminded me of home.

The owner, Gregory, helped us out a lot. He picked us up at the Marina when we arrived from Zakynthos and he set us up with a scooter with a good rate. The location was great and close to the best beach in Sidari! The room was very spacious!

Location facilities staff all excellent.
9.0 / 10.0
The location is great, still close to bars and restaurants and a beautiful beach, but not in a super crowded part of Sidari. The staff were so friendly, especially the bartenders Ana and Sandra.
It was great overall! Wouldn’t be good for people looking for a luxury resort but anyone should be aware of that based on how inexpensive it is. Such a great deal!

Friendly and helpful staff, very good location.
Mosquitoes in the room.

The place has a nice pool and is placed perfectly in a relatively quiet location near great tavernas and a small beach (with no sunbeds) Also near that beach there are 2 perfect jumping cliffs available (Kapases Islets). The lady from the reception was very nice and we chatted about a whole lot of stuff.
Breakfast was included but very small portions and not many things to choose from. Would've preferred to pay for it extra and have more options. Also because of the U shape of the hotel, rooms that are facing front of the pool might have to deal with more noise due to some tourists that have the habit of drinking out loud until midnight in the weekends.

great location next to beach, shops & a really nice restaurant called Katrinas
ants in the room, very noisy from the pool bar at night some nights until 2am!

the new building rooms are nice and furniture is new, the pool is clean and well maintained, the location is great 2 min walking to a great beach and 1 minute from one of the best Taverna's in Sidari.
Rooms are not insulated, doors and window blinds, are slamming quite hard when closed, neighbors above very nosy and loud also some late music from the pool area 12-1:00 AM

Good location, close to a nice beach. Nice staff. Clean pool.
The breakfast was bare minimum, not satisfactory at all considering the strangely high price.
Unfortunately our room was pretty dark, and the walls super thin. We could hear -everything- our neighbors did.
The shower didn’t have a shower curtain so the whole bathroom got soaked while showering. :(

We had a 2 bedroom apartment, it was big and spotlessly clean, had kitchen and 3 balconies. Swimming pool was lovely and they were always sunbeds available. Hotel was 2 min walk away from Apotripiti beach, water was great in there too. Great location for Sidari, because it's quiet but very close to everything. Free breakfast included was an added bonus. Bar has a good menu for snacks and light meals, everything was lovely, especially chicken pita 😀 Nice and relaxing atmosphere.
I didn't want to leave
