matig en 's nachts zeer gehorig in een onvriendelijke straat

- Hotel ligt niet ver van het centrum en dicht bij centraal station en tram-/buslijnen. - veel uitgaansgelegenheden

- zeer provisorische douche met plastic harmonica-wandjes en klein van afmeting, - in badkamertje geen ruimte om toilettas neer te zetten - twee drinkglaasjes op tafel echter zonder (water)fles, - twee nachtkastjes naast het 1,40m bed maar ZONDER BEDLAMPJES - voor twee personen gereserveerd,... echter maar één handdoek aanwezig (bij navraag kregen we er met moeite nog een handdoek bij). - wel televisie maar alleen met abonnement te bekijken via Disney / NETFLIX / etc. - Hotel ligt in een zeer luidruchtige straat met tot laat in de nacht veel geschreeuw van beschonken gasten.

Beaucoup de bruit dans ce quartier. Réceptionniste peu aimable. Pas de petit-déjeuner car "le serveur n'était pas là."

Hidden in plain view check into hotel from the bar, place to stay for the night for the visit

It's a decent place to stay and sleep. I wasn't there for long

Surrounding area was seedy and loud. Room didn't have decent A/C so opening the window doesn't help much and there's violent groups fighting and arguing, possibly on drugs.

Not bad if price is your main driver, but definitely not luxury accommodations.

Good value for an expensive market. Clean, basic room.

A tiny rough stretch in Luxembourg, with strip clubs and drug dealers up and down the street. The worst bit was the shouting matches across the street from my window which woke me up every night around 3am.

Unsafe location, impossible to get a proper receipt, I am still trying to solve the problem

Everything. The toilet was not properly attached to the floor. Paid 130 euros for 1 night!

very very bad and felt unsafe don’t come

one of the WORST properties and worst place . it is entirely unsafe as a log of bad influence people are down , with Heavy noise and cigarette smoke coming in the rooms . We could not sleep for a min plus we felt UNSAFE. When you try calling the receptionist nobody picks.

Alicia was wonderful. coffee and croissant for breakfast. very accomodating to change my room

great location. helpful staff. I asked to change rooms --no problem

the noise from the street was horrible until 2:00 am drunks yelling- unreal.

Poor hotel with good location. Please avoid.

Good location near the train station, although in the evenings it can be a bit shady and dangerous. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels every day.

Everything else. The room was old and smelled like stale cigarette smoke. The bar which is part of the hotel was blasting loud music every single evening till 1am, and the guests were shouting and screaming. The insulation is non existing and you could hear the guests in other rooms talking and arguing all night long.

The hotel is very close to the tram station which makes it easy to get into the city. Despite my critics I would return to the hotel as the price is very fair.

The equipment is getting old and obviously not much money was invested in the maintenance of the rooms. Also on the 4th floor it was very noisy at night due to the pubs all around and in the house. Even after the pub closed it was still quite loud, so that we had to sleep with the window closed the second night. The hotel cannot do anything about the aircraft noise, all hotels in the city center have this problem. Nevertheless, it cannot be ignored at night.

Pleasant room but noisy location.

The hotel is within a walking distance from the center and there are shops on the same street. The room was clean and heated (we stayed there in December), there were towels, soap, shampoo, a hair dryer, and everything worked well.

They didn't answer our questions prior to our stay, so we had to pack our own towels just to stay on the safe side. There is a disco downstairs so it was super noisy until midnight, then there were people talking loudly outside, and in the morning I was woken up by beer kegs being dragged on the floor of the bar downstairs. The street seemed dangerous - there were a lot of people outside drinking alcohol, many of them drunk.

The room was clean and nice.

The hotel was actually on top of a night club. There was constant noise until 1:00-2:00 a.m. and absolutely no rest was possible in that room.

At night, there is no reception in place. And upon returning home, for example, it was necessary to look for a way out of the hotel because they did not explain the rules, closed all the doors to the hotel... and it was necessary to call to open the exit... horror.. almost late for the flight
