DON' GO THERE!!!!

Swimming pool is OK. Rooms are quite big.

Room service steals from the hotel! During breakfast, the cleaning lady stole all the money from my and my husband's wallet (about 400 euros). The hotel did nothing about it, they only offered 2 free cocktails at the bar which is ridiculous! We reported the matter to the police and local authorities. In addition, the hotel was dirty: we found foreign long black hairs in the sheets and towels. Very unhealthy food: fatty and salty, made from the lowest quality ingredients. Cocktails at the bar are a massacre.... Bar nights don't exist: an empty pool, no one there but a yawning barmaid. Mallorca is beautiful but we wasted our whole holiday with this hotel. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. DON'T GO THERE. WASTE OF MONEY! We feel cheated and left without any help.

Fast handling a booking with short notice.

Room nr. was missing from both the door and floor level information. Had to double with the reception where it is located. Staff could not provide local travel information, sent instead to the tourist office.

Very close to airport. I have used shuttle bus and had max 3 min walk to get to the hotel. Hotel was clean and comfy. Great breakfast! Everything was tasty and personal very friendly! I was amazed with service. Hospitality is awesome!!! Lady from reception was extremely helpful and nice! Very close to bars, shops and beach. Location is simply perfect! Definitely my strong recommendation!

Cheap and cheerful.

Powerful shower. Location is not too bad. Cheap.

Breakfast was not good. Lots of teenagers stay here so prepare for noise.

Passable

Everything was good compared to the price. One thing i knew about from the comments before i book, was young German getting very loud in the corridors at midnight. I really had the same (woke up twice in two different nights) which is very annoying. I hope the hotel will do something to solve this unacceptable behavior. Other than that staff and hotel is really good

Made a fantastic experience for a 70 Yr old woman travelling alone. I felt totally safe

The breakfast and dinners were very good. Plenty of choices and good quality. Varied daily. Staff in dining room and reception all very nice and helpful. Cleaning staff are amazing. The entire hotel is immaculate. You could have eaten off the floor of my room as it was so clean. Especially noticeable as I was walking barefoot in the room

Latch on balcony door room 702 broken but didn't worry me as I was on 7th floor.

Would come again

Good location. Not far from airport. We rented a car but there is a direct bus from airport. 5 mins walk to nice sandy beach. Many shops around. Hotel is very clean. Staff very friendly

A kettle with few warm blankets would make the room perfect.

Exceptional

All staff is very nice and friendly. 6 minutes to the closest beach Playa es Arenal. But as for us wasn’t a problem to walk, we visited few another beaches: Cala Blava (40 min), Playa de Palma (25 min). There is one small shop right in the hotel, supermarket is just 2 minutes away and 15 minutes to Lidl. It was nice to rent bicycles and go to Palma. Selection of food maybe wasn’t very big but everything was very delicious and there was always fish or meat to choose from. Also I liked how clean was everything. Our room was quite big, it was nice to have small refrigerator, AC, WiFi, comfortable bad. On a ground floor guests can use microwave. Big thank you to the owner of this hotel and Sara. We enjoyed our vacation:)

This was truly wonderful hotel and we loved our week there!

The place, pool, staff and location was just the best! the staff were absolutely amazing, especially at reception.

Reception staff was exceptional, food was better than in local restaurants down the road. Half board was a great option.

Hotel is very clean and well maintained by the staff. Good air conditioning and large rooms with own balconies. It has very clean swimming pool on the second floor and a luggage storage with shower facilities after checking out.

Some minor - ceiling tile was broken but it wasn’t a big problem as the room was cleaned every day.

Overall it is a good place to stay with friendly staff

The staff was very friendly. The hotel has a swimming pool for adult and for kids. Good choice of food for breakfast and dinner. 5 mins walk to the beach which is very good for kids and you can find many bars around

Our room was just below the stage where was an evening show starting at 9 pm. It was very noisy and our child couldn’t sleep till nearly 10-30 pm. We had an early flight and we’re very tired in the morning. However, after we complained a few times they put the noise down. We understand there was a show for other Grady but I think when they allocate the room they should put families with smaller kids further from the stage and bar

I was at the Kilimanjaro Hotel 2 weeks. I often travel and just stop at 3 stars hotel. Kilimanzaro Hotel left the best memories. Perfect purity circle. The rooms are regular cleaning, linen and towels. The dining room is very clean, attentive waiters, kitchen products and dessert are diverse. Cooks are very tasty. Employees of the receptionist are very attentive. From them you will get any help and information in any language! The basin area is very clean. Animations are held. Many thanks to the Boss Hotel Kilimanjaro for a wonderful stay. I recommend resting at the Kilimanjaro Hotel !!! Oleksiy. Ireland. 20/09/2021.

All was fine, but close to average overall.

Clean, spacious in general all is well.

Beds are super bad, not comfortable at all. Like sleeping on rocks. There is IKEA close to the hotel, why not buy decent mattresses there? Food was sometimes good, sometimes below average. In general 4 out of 7 days were wonderful, other times just went on local restaurants.

Disappointing

The room was Cleaned daily and the pool outside was nice.

The sink was blocked with black shaved hair that was coming up all over the sink when water was running. The bath was hairy too. i took pictures. Also the barrier at the balcony was broken and unsafe for my baby. If she leaned on it she could easily fall out.

Food was disgusting not a wide range at all , couldn’t use the balcony for 3 days out of 4 due to mosquitoes everywhere
