Nice location with friendly staff.
The food was not bad, but could have been better. The line to get drinks was long and felt like they going extra slow to prevent people getting to much drinks. Sometimes I waited half an hour to get a drink. You also only allowed 2 drinks per person, so I always had a issue getting 1 for myself, 1 for my husband and 1 for my child. So automatically you have to stand with more people in line. Other than that is was a great place.

the pool was nice
Stuff was very kind
Is near the airport
the bathroom wasnt clean, there was in every corner much hairs and others,
The air conditioner was full of dust etc, i needed to cough everytime
The full inclusive isn’t worth it, the breakfast is okai at morning but the time is very short (until 10am) and its always very full and you have to search a table who is clean the other meals you have not much selection you have to eat 5 plates of fries to be full
to walk to the beach is always 12min but uphill with 30° its very exhausting

Their buffet is good.
I could hear everyone from my room, wasn’t able to sleep well, gym was not open by 9am on a Saturday, the bed was not sturdy.

The noise from the street, doors do not cancel any noise.

The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly
We had a big choice of food however I think that it was not cooked well

Nothing.
The room furniture was falling apart, half the sun beds were broken. Nothing like the advertising pictures, felt cheated.

The staff is really friendly and nice and the location as well – It’s just a 10 min walk to the beach and the airport is close. The pool is clean and the view of the room beautiful – there’s a forest and you can even see the ocean.
It was really easy to book a taxi through reception and also there’s lots of possibilities to park around the hotel if you’re planning on renting a car (which I recommend).
The rooms and facilities are not very clean (think: hairs in the shower and on fresh towels, dirty walls with unknown residues, not well cleaned cutlery and dishes) – the buffet is mediocre and not many vegetarian options.

The hotel was fully booked during our stay, but the service was excellent, quick check-in, clean room with a view of the bay. All inn services were above standard, espresso coffee, soft drinks...I recommend!!

Wonderful all-in stay in Hotel Bahamas. All-in also includes beer, wine, sangria, alcoholic and soft drinks, ice-cream and snacks at the pool bar. We really had a great time here and there's nothing major to complain about. Great stay at a great price. We'll love to come back next year :)

The hotel had a nice “feel” about it. Not too big. Hotel 2 had a lovely quiet pool which always had sun and we always managed to get a sunbed.
The hotel 1 hosted the restaurant, pool and snack bar. The swimming pool received no sun and yet every sunbed was always “reserved”. The queue for the drinks and snacks was always long and only one server. The food was very poor - very little choice and often cold (in particular the cooked breakfast) as the heaters were not strong/hot enough to keep the food warm.

Staff lovely, hotel was very clean and bonus to have a bath. Pool was nice - big and deep. Only 10 minute walk to great sandy beach. Plenty of food available all day with drinks & ice creams.
Noise here is a bit of an issue. Doors to rooms do not close quietly - so banging doors can go on through the night!
Our room was 3rd floor above bar - music till after 11pm. I like music - but it was too loud, in the bar you could not have a conversation. Have to do the save a sunbed with your towel thing - as not enough to go round.
Very disappointed that not enough food choice for vegetarians (in 2022??) Breakfast fine - and there was always fruit and bread. Ok if you're happy to eat fish or eggs - otherwise mainly just salad, plain pasta with tomato sauce or rice.

Nice facilities with super helpful lovely staff.
ROOSTERS and chickens making constantly noises from 4am!!!
Also plenty German groups shouting and singing during day and night time ....

Well, you cannot ask much when you pay so little. Guess breakfast and the ping pong table for free were the best. Dinner and lunch not good, and I can adapt very easy... What kind a cheese do they put in the pasta? (and I do love cheeses even when they are strong like cabrales or blue chesses!) Staff is nice. Bus stop nearby to go to Palma city (2€/person), airport (5€ or 6.75€ fee) and other places.
We woke up literally every day at 6am with the roosters... we almost felt like we were in an agrotourism(and we would be very happy if that was the case...). We didn't like Arenal, it looks really like a dirty suburb of a city, but who likes party hard this is the place! Not recomended if you want to relax or come with family.

Dinner is very poor.

Not enough to do ,and much more for German or the Spanish. Otherwise very good ☺️
It wasn't busy like normal times ,more relaxed and less busy ,felt very safe .

Lovely views from our room (based on the 3rd floor). Breakfast was nice each day, lots of variety. Lunch and dinner was varied as some nights the food was pretty tasty and some others weren't so good. I liked the pool and entertainment, they catered for different languages (English, French and German).
Our room was quite small and the air con only just worked - was hard to get away from the 31 degree heat! Other than that the only thing that could be improved on was the food.
3.5
Nice staff, clean rooms, good pool area.
The air condition didn't work very well, always at least 25 degrees in the room. Uncomfortable chairs/beds by the pool. The food was ok, but wasn't really warm and didn't taste anything.

Staff very friendly anf helpful
Food is good and variable
Facilities are good
The art show or magician show in each evening was very nice and it should be advertised more.
It is affordable. Swimming pool is very nice and clean.
The air conditioner was weak which makes our nights a little hotter than we can bear. Unforunately the weather was also too hot during our stay, i only managed by using a small fan next to my bed to get me through the night. It might be ok for some people but definitely it was not cool enough in my opinion and my wife's
I did not like that some food are not given on daily basis .

The room was clean.
Not enough staff. Long queue at bars which made all inclusive a waste of money. Waited 45 minutes for a drink one night. Same problem with pool bar, a 15 minute wait. Did not have our reservation when we arrived and the guy at reception said to go over to the other hotel to check if they could help? The staff all round were pretty miserable. The food in the restaurant was basic and the setup was like a cattle farm. Complete mayhem with a queue also. I do not recommend this hotel. It did not feel like a holiday. The owners should be ashamed!
4.6
Very clean hotel, friendly staff (especially in the restaurant!), tasty food. Cool evening activities like magician's show, musical performance, game nights.
We had a Premium room on 4th floor over the pool and we had sea view. We recommend premium rooms!
Free Wi-Fi only in the lobby.
2.9
Room is clean.
Food is fine.
So many drunk and not adequate German young people that you feel like in the dirty rave festival near Frankfurt. Thay screaming and running in the hotel all night long.
It’s disgusting.
Do not go to this area in El Arenal if you what to have comfortable and good vacation.
Move a lil bit closer to Can Pastillia.
