Fantastic for one night stay on way down to Dordogne

Fantastic location 10 mins easy walk across the river to town centre and beautiful old town with many restaurants , Pascal was so welcoming and funny a lovely host, breakfast was continental pay extra at property but very generous spread with tons of choices , family room was great with large bed single bed and sofa that turned into another single bed , also car park with space for 12 ish cars at the property

Exceptional

Pascal made us very welcome. Rooms were very nice and comfortable beds. Breakfast was very tasty and plenty of variety. We would love to return some day, as plenty to see in Tours.

A too short stay in Tours

We wanted a hotel a bit outside the town center, with a secure place for our car, and found just that, but we also found so much more. This is a quite family hotel, run by the most welcoming and friendly staff, from the women who welcomed us when we arrived to the owner couple serving us the best French breakfast you can desire. We were just driving through, and stayed just one night, but if you want to explore the Loire valley, Castel Fleuri in Tours is the place for you. We will return and do that!

Pascal the manager was a fabulous host and made us very welcome.

there is no bar to relax in as a group - though drinks are available - so get a ground floor room to sit outside with a drink.

Welcoming family friendly hotel with the perfect host.

We stayed here on the way to the south of France for one night and also on return. We are a family of six and couldn’t recommend more highly. There was an incredibly friendly welcome by Pascal. We were running a little late to check in but he stayed to welcome us. He was very helpful and gave us a map and kindly recommended places to visit and eat. The hotel was perfectly situated with a beautiful walk across the bridge to the town centre with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops and a wonderful cathedral and museum to walk around as well as old cobbled streets. Breakfast was the ‘best in the world’ according to our six year old with plenty to choose from. We booked two bedrooms to fit us all in and they were incredibly clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here and we would certainly return if we are doing the same journey again.

Excellent mattress and bed. Modern fully equipped bathroom. Quiet. Excellent Breakfast. Convenient location with private secured parking. Professional friendly check-in process covering all information needs.

Very friendly comfortable Hotel , a short stroll to the town centre.

This is a small family run hotel . The owner, Pascal who speaks excellent English is friendly obliging, nothing was too much trouble. The room was small but comfortable. The hotel has secure parking and is a short stroll to the centre of Tours. The continental breakfast was excellent.

The wifi was a bit of a problem but that wasn't such a big problem for us oldies.

Well located, easy walk into downtown, expected more due to high booking.com score.

The breakfast at 11 euros each was reasonable. Staff were very nice. Lots of baked goods which is not my choice at breakfast but decent selection of fruit and yogurt. secure on site parking was provided.

Room was very small and sound travelled very easily from outside and other rooms. Towel was way too small for an adult to use.

Exceeded expectations. Very enjoyable.

Breakfast was outstanding and with plenty of options. Staff/owners seemed to really care about their guests. They were kind, thoughtful and helpful. Parking was good and safe. We would stay again, even though the location is not right in the centre of the city. It's only about 1km walk across the Loire bridge and worth the effort. A really good fan in the room.

Location was brilliant , to visit Tours. Breakfast was very good. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. Comfortable and clean Carpark locked at night so excellent for our two motorcycles.

We had the most lovely welcome, unfortunately I didn't get the receptionist's name. She gave us lots of useful information about the town, very friendly and welcoming.
