Very good location
Really loud and not really clean

proximity with the train station
old furniture, no AC, bad smell in the corridor

Very well priced and comfortable hotel in central location.
Not really the hotels fault but if you drive a sports saloon avoid the on site multi storey parking. Like a lot of French multi storeys it will try to rip the underside from you car.

The location, just 2min walking from the train station. You have all the neccesary in the kitchen to have breakfast or lunch (unless cleanning kit).
It was no possible to leave the luggage in the hotel the last day, beacuse the recpetion is not always open. So we had to pay an extra to leave the luggage in another hotel.
Ther wasn't scourers or kitchen cloths to clean the kitchen.

The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. There was easy to access parking (an extra €8). We could bring our small dog with us. The location was great.
Reasonably basic accommodation but value for money and true to the pictures and description.

IT WAS IN THE CITY CENTRE. PARKING WAS GOOD FOR THE CENTRE
No idea what to do when we got there. A Chinese lady helped us out and managed to get hold of someone. No one spoke English. It was like students accommodation, we didn't see anyone older than 25

The Hotel Entrance and reception isn't the grandest you'll ever see. The hotel itself has a "student halls of residence" feel to it but the room was big enough, Think it was referred to as a Studio Appartment so, we had a balcony. Not much of a view front or rear of hotel but good to be able to go on balcony on a hot summer night. Small but tidy kitchen and bathroom. Bed was comfortable. TV was decent 32" on the wall opposite the bed. Portable AC Unit was much appreciated although the output hose had to be draped across the floor and out through the opened balcony door (small price to pay during the heatwave in August 22) Facilities wise there isn't any leisure facilities on site. Didn't use their breakfast option as we preferred to go into town (Continental breakfast are always disappointing anyway) There was a vending machine for cold drinks and snacks in the hallway and hot drink fdacilities in the room
Overall it was better than expected and I would definitely come back again. Really good value for money and only a two minute walk to the centre of town (Tours is lovely by the way- nice weekend break)
Minor grumble... Parking is hit and miss. There is no carpark at the hotel itself, but there is street parking at the end of the road just have to be lucky otherwise you might have a 5-10 minute walk. It's safe enough though.

not much
Complicated way of getting in. No reception. Phone did not work. Fine for students

Location was excellent, 5 min walk to centre and all facilities. Great eating places nearby. Check in was by security entrance code and room key accessed from safe. Room provided what we needed for overnight stay. Bed very comfortable and plenty of hot water with shower.
Not having any staff available during weekend stay.

It was handy, good value. The bed was comfortable. A nice welcome pack of washing up liquid, a sponge etc for the kitchen and a fridge and hot plate. Clear instructions given for the parking.
It was hot, noisy and the bathroom was tired and dusty around the pipe work. A slightly odd atmosphere with loud guests and late night activity. No net curtains so it was a choice between no fresh air or being visible to other guests in bed. The fan did not work properly and just made a very loud noise. I hit my head on a water heater placed directly above the toilet.
Our parking reservation vanished and it was only by luck that a place was available. Apparently "this happens often" was given as an excuse. So make sure you double check.

The location is great, right next to the train station.

Central
It felt unsafe, the room didn't look like the photos. The back door wasn't locked. I didn't feel that my car was secure as groups of people were in the car park.
