Facility too old

Good location.
Staff should be more friendly and helpful.
They usually kept the serious face to clients and do nothing to help clients while they bring many luggage.

Nice location, friendly staffs. My room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. Morning breakfast was simple but nice.
The room was quite small.

Location is why I have been keep going there. I was the last tenant in 2020 before they closed it for COVID-19.
I decided to stay there again on this trip. Stayed two times of about five days each. Both times storing my bags for free as I was traveling other parts of the country
The first stretch was uneventful. Unfortunately, that's where the positive stops.
There is a construction going on at the left of the hotel. Every morning about 4:00-4:15, they'll get going with what sounded like a Jackhammer
The bed itself felt like I was sleeping on a boxsping and very hard. Did not notice that on the previous stay. Don't remember the class of room. No, I did not ask to be switched.
The daytime front desk personnel save a young inter/trainee who will always be helpful. They must be very busy as you come or go without even lifting their heads. Heads buried in their computer
One afternoon, I informed them that I had lost my key and one of the managers instructed the evening receptionist (a man that had been very nice) to charge me $5 USD and I had to wait to program it since there's only one key per room
Given the above, I decided to move to another hotel in District one when I returned to Saigon

Always coming back to this hotel for the location, value and service. You can beat it
They upgraded it since pre covid by adding a new wing and all new staff. I recognized only one person from the previous Administration.
Bonus for holding my bag till I returned from visiting other cities.
Will return at the end of this month and again in April.
You can beat it

One of the the women in the reception (during morning hours) was quite unfriendly and it seemed that serving customers was not her thing.

Clean, spacious room, with outdoor tables.
Great staff.

The most amazing hotel location. Near the city center, in front of the hotel is a park with a lot of trees.
The corner of the hand sink is not clean complete.

Great location. We'll kept rooms.
My first room did not have windows. A mistake in booking on my part.

It was nice for the first two nights but when I tried to book again my room was booked and the alternative room was too old for me to live in.
The rooms in the first elevator are all old.
