We had a first floor room with a terrace and had a really nice view across roof tops of the lake and mountains. Easy parking, decent room, restaurant on site and good breakfast. A good 3 star hotel.

The location and the view were great. It's near the station and still jave the lake view. The restaurant was cosy and food was delicious.
The room was comfortable and clean.
A tiny thing: There were no clothes/ towel handler in the bathroom.

the room is clean and comfortable.
it is a bit far away and the tv doesn’t work properly. the woman at the reception is very nice and helpful

Very nice place with view on the lake, very quite.
There was unpleasant smell in the bathroom. The breakfast could be richer, there was only a few salami and two kind of cheese, which does not look fresh.

Too much noice in the rooms.
Bed madresses very old and bad.

The hotel is in a stunning location. If you like to walk, hike and swim you couldn't find better. It is a calm and quiet setting to recharge the batteries. The hotel is very comfortable with a good restaurant. The beach in Novate Mezzola is 25 minutes walk or 1 train stop and a must visit. Also take in the waterfall in Chiavenna. Lots of great walks and cycle paths in the area.
Verceia itself is a small quiet town so you have to go outside. However, thisadds to the calm of the location.

Great location away from the more crowded parts of the Como lake. The restaurant was really nice, both the food and the wine.
Nothing specific comes to mind.

The staff were fantastic and very helpful. Including providing ideas of things to do in the area and phoning to enquire about prices for us. Restaurant on site was lovely. Room was clean and tidy with a large balcony with an amazing view of the lake and surrounds.
The hotel and area is easily accessible by public transport and the beaches/lake are easily walkable from the hotel. To do anything further afield (for example hiking the Tracciolino trail) a car would have been necessary - just to be aware. Definitely not a negative of the hotel just information for others!

Rude restaurant
Poor table maneagemen4t. Stuck in corner near toilets when no guests in hotel.
Really disappointed as hoped for nice meal.

Amazing lake & mountain view from the balcony. Balcony equipped with seating and lying opportunities. Most employees speak English & one lady speaks German fluently. Employees mostly very welcoming. Daily room service, thus rooms are clean. Rooms sufficiently equipped and renovated. Modern bathrooms.
Uncomfortable beds. Showers are renovated, but the drain was smelly. I had a deluxe room booked (with the purpose to not share my balcony), but received a room with shared balcony still. Went to the breakfast only once and the choices were rather limited.

It is nice hotel at a quiet location. Friendly staff and a good restaurant.
The breakfast was average.
9.0
