Tutto semplicemente perfetto, dalla struttura ai servizi. Personale gentile ed accogliente. Perfetta la combinazione con caffetteria “Sierra”.

Nothing
- The room is very small.
- The water heater is so close to the toilet that you can't even sit on the toilet because it will burn you.
- Bath towels are very dry and not suitable for human use.

We had a great time at Madanur Hotel and great food at Sierra restaurant. The staff is extraordinary kind and helpful. Special thanks to Jibek and Artem for taking the time and helping us getting to our next destination. Чоң рахмат!
The rooms on one side are quite noisy because of the street, but we could switch to the other side

Reception was welcoming with extremely helpful staff. The breakfasts are buffet- style with a wide selection. Upstairs there is a resident's lounge with books and excellent wi-fi which is available in all the rooms. Boots are not allowed in rooms which helps to keep the place clean and tidy. The en-suite is good with lashings of hot water. I found the room spotlessly clean though the double bed does make it a little tight for space. There is however plenty of wardrobe space. The cafe serves good value meals at lunchtime and in the evenings (try the yak steaks). There is plenty of car parking. Thoroughly recommend the hotel.

I had a perfect British breakfast. Location is good if you are coming from South shore of the lake which makes it so easy to find. You just go straight in the main road and easily find.
It was raining that night and water falling from an eave was hitting some metal stuff and making some noise. But my overall impression is perfect though.

Very, very helpful staff, comfortable room and delicious breakfast!
They arranged my transport from Bishkek to Karakol via Burana Tower and Skazka Canyon as I requested and let me leave my luggage safely with them while I went on a 3 day hike into the mountains with a small backpack.

The lobby is very impressive and the whole downstairs area is nice. There is easy access to the restaurant. They also have a rest area - sort of a living room - where one can chill. The personnel was generally nice and spoke English.
There is certain room for improvement. The breakfast was a bit disorganised, sweet and savoury food was laying without any order or indication. You take a pie and have no idea if it’s with plum, cottage cheese or meat. The breakfast also wasn’t served that often. After the watermelon plate was empty it was not filled again (we were there for 30 min out of 2h breakfast time).
The rooms have a bit of Soviet design to them, especially the bathroom. Room ventilation is not great. We also had a twin rather than a double room which was sad. There are water pressure problems, and the amount of hot water per room was limited by the boiler size.
Data protection was a bit weak, we had to fill in a form and a passport copy was taken, however later I saw a passport copy laying on the counter when none of the receptionists was around.
