Two days and a night in Singapore

Good location close to railway stations,restaurants and tourist attractions. Staff very helpful when needed

Singapore is a very expensive city. Our room for one night was $525.

The location is perfect - close to Tanjong Pagar mrt, local restaurants, shops, supermarkets, etc. The room has everything you need - particularly appreciate the water filter and the digital clock/bluetooth speaker (with 2 usb-c ports and wireless charger!). All staffs were helpful and friendly.

Breakfast time can be crowded, and the options were not to my liking. But, this was more of a preference issue, which was easily fixed by the vast options of cafes and restaurants around the hotel.

I really enjoyed my quick stay in Carlon City. With a better breakfast that would have been a 10/10

Very appreciated the ability to completely shutdown air conditioning in the room. Room was really large. Also the bathroom was really big and comfortable.

Little choice at breakfast for people used to sweet breakfast.

Extraordinary stunning.

Location is absolutely great, only minutes away from Tanjong Pagar station and Guoco Tower, there’s also bus station nearby. Across the street is fairprice and food court. Everything you need is here. The view is also great.

Very nice hotel with excellent location

Very nice hotel, very convenient location and very friendly and helpful staff!

The overpowering perfume in the lobb is difficult for people allergic to perfumes!

ホテルはサイズ感、清潔感など、いたって普通。安心して泊まれるホテル。

何と言ってもロケーションの良さ。今回はトランジットで1泊利用。チャンギ国際空港からMRT東西線で1本のホテル。タンジョンパガー駅のA出口を出て1分のホテル。目の前のホーカーをはじめ、ドンキホーテや和食、カヤトーストからラーメンまで日本人向けのプラザもお隣り。

Fantastic!!

Concierge Suresh and his staff, were determined that we were going to effectively experience the best Singapore had to offer in the short two night stay we had at the Carlton City. We especially enjoyed the famous Singaore chicken and rice Tian Tian on Maxwell street and the equally famous light show in Gardens by the Bay.

Perfect hotel perfect location

Room is very beautiful, breakfast buffet was delicious, closed and very convenient to everything. Concierge is very helpful and even the waiter at the buffet. And i didn't expect that they would supply us with a real cot not a portacot for my bub. My bub is very comfy on her sleep during our stay

The floor carpet in our Room needs to vacuum everyday, i noticed during our stay the floor carpet is still dirty Other than that everything is good

Schöne Aussicht · Ruhig · Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhält

Endlich haben wir in Singapur "unser" Hotel gefunden. Sehr gutes Hotel in einer Top Lage direkt bei Chinatown und nur wenige Schritte von Marina bay. Wir hatten den Club Zugang gebucht und waren mit dem vorzüglichen und freundlichen Service mehr als zufrieden. Zu erwähnen sind Sarah und Anusha , die uns sehr gut im Club bedient haben und uns tolle Tips zum ausgehen gegeben haben. Gleich um die Ecke hat man Zugang zum U-Bahn Netz - das in Singapur ja zu einem der besten in der Welt gehört. Unser Zimmer im 25. Stock war sauber und gepflegt. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Minibar war kostenlos und wir hatten Zugang zum Club im 28. Stock. Der Aufpreis, den wir für den Club gezahlt haben, hat sich allemal gelohnt. Wir kommen wieder.

Paid for club class. Well worth it. Complimentary mini bar. Certainly helps with Singapore prices

Comfy stay in the heart of the city

Bus stop and tube are really close. One of the Hawker centers is opposite the hotel, and the other one is within walking distance along with Chinese market. Park is nearby. Staff is friendly, concierge is very helpful. Room service is surprisingly fast and food is delicious. Cocktail bar has a lovely ambience. We loved the bathroom with the huge bathtub and the transparent wall!!

We got many notes from housekeeping tucked in our room when the privacy sign was on. Some towels were ragged. Gym could have been a little bigger.

They were professional to accomodate my request of twin beds and accomodate all our requests during our 5 night stay

The second day our bathroom had some bugs but we were moved to another room on bringing it to the staff's notice

beautiful hotel and wonderful stay in Singapore, would surely choose it again next time we visit!

The location is accessible from MRT Tanjong Pagar, 15 mins walk to Chinatown, hawker centres within distance, 24hr supermarket just opposite hotel. Filtered drinking water inside the room is a big plus.

A Happy Stay

The ambience of the hotel. The size of the room was excellent but would have loved to get a high floor room as our view was blocked. Entered a clean and fine room. No bad smell. Bed was so cozy, clean and comfortable. Large room with so much space for my daughter to roam around freely. Bathtub and toilet was properly arranged and clean. Good number of channels in the TV. Loved the swimming pool.

The surrounding area has limited number of halal restaurants. Makes it difficult to get dinner as the shops close in the evening. Luckily there is a Fairprice store just opposite.

We would book it again for our next stay.

We booked a room with free access to the top lounge. Breakfast was always taken there and we also enjoyed the complimentary drinks and snacks in the evening. Staff very friendly and helpful. Thanks so much for making our stay unforgettable.

Super Lage - aber grenzwertiges Preis- Leistungsver.!

Super zentrale Lage. Subway, Chinatown, Little Korea gleich um die Ecke! Ein Supermarkt direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite und ein Food Court in walking distance. Hotel nicht zu groß mit guter, aber teurer Skybar.

Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Bin jetzt seit 10 Jahren Gast und es wurde nichts erneuert. Der Wasserdruck ist grenzwertig und es ist doch schon recht abgewohnt…. Der Coffeeshop im Hotel war leider auch schon mal wesentlich besser….

The staff were really nice, the food at the buffet was great and the pool was good too.

Everytime we called reception for something e.g towels, water they never brought it. I always had to go downstairs to ask for stuff
