Muy mal, al parecer dan la peor habitación a clientes de booking

No nos dieron el desayuno que estaba incluído, por lo menos hay piscina, pero ni fuimos luego de tan mala experiencia.

Las camas son incómodas, la ducha estaba rota, sábanas sucias, el personal nos sacó antes de la hora del check out. Las cortinas no son black out y entra el sol, hay mucho polvo en la habitación, el ascensor no tiene aire acondicionado

I had a wonderful stay overall.

I have stayed at Hotel Renacer since 2019 and it has improved from my first experience to now. I would say that they are getting a better service, the price is great for the kind of accommodation and the staff is very helpful. There is an ATM at the hotel that once can easily get money from without being exposed and a wonderful swimming pool if you enjoy a bit of sunshine or tranquility at night time before you to go sleep.

I would say that the breakfast must improve. The one that is served in the price with the room. They can vary a bit on the menu and not serve sandwiches every day. They can serve fruit or oatmeal, pancakes. Just make it different because some of us spend more than one day at the hotel and eating the same breakfast every morning can get boring and unhealthy.

This place is terrible. I will never stay here again.

There was a mouse in my room. The furniture in the room is old and worn down, no toilet paper in the bathroom. The room floor was flooded from the rain. There are no stores, restaurants or places for entertainment nearby. I was there for a week and the cleaning lady came by only one time.

Room was almost cleen, just only an empty bottle from previous guests was lost on the top of the cabinet. Cleen showerroom with hot water. Freendly stuff on the reception.

Directly behalf window is installed air conditioners outside units that is really noisy and makes it very difficult to sleep during the night.

Honest truth

The staff where kind and very respectful. The manger or the owner was very attentive to the guest's needs.

I didn't like that the there was not a lot hot water but i did not say anything either.

It is worth the price that I paid. I will repeat my stay there I go to DR 4 times a year.

I like the property it has a pool and it's close to the beach or water. I also like going to Adriana tropical restaurant in Malacon It is on the water and has nice views. They have an elevator that has mirrors all around so that is great for some nice photos.

I don't like that the plumbing is very out dated and does not work very well. I completely understand that up keep can be difficult. I have been here 3 times already and all the plumbing for the 3 different rooms that I have been in all the same out dated and don't work well. But it was not difficult to over look that issue. So for the price that I paid I am not complaining. But I wanted to write a review about my personal experience during my stay.

- Location - Staff willing to help - Stores around - Excellent pool, we did not use it anyway 😄 - Close to downtown, to many places to explore, eg, House of government just 2 blocks away, many cultural and historical places.

Nice location near the famous colonial neighborhood, Very good hotel for the money you will pay, free parking, new elevator.

The ceiling in the bathroom are rusted, Bathroom drain straighter missing or damaged.
