Amazing views with delightful gardens and within easy reach of beach and town. (Lots of steps though - could be tricky for those with mobility issues). Comfortable and adequately equipped apartment, quiet and relaxing.
Very kind owners who, on hearing that the next occupant was delayed, allowed us to stay for several extra hours which we found so helpful.
All was fine.

This place is absolutely wonderful! Francesca and Pierro were helpful, even took us from the train station and they were always for you to help. The location is perfect - ±5/10 minutes from the beach and 5/10 minutes from town. They have to entrances, according where you are going (to the beach or to the city center). This was our 5th time in the Amalfi coast and this place to stay was the best. Clean rooms, perfect private terrace (we had Roccioso junior suite). There is a washing machine that guests can use - and the detergent is provided free of charge, actually everything you need for a week or two (or even more). Also in this property they have goats, exotic birds and even their own small chapel. Just perfect place in the Amalfi coast.
From Vietri Sul Mare it is really comfortable to travel by boat to Amalfi, Positano, Maiori, Minori or other places, but this lovely small city it is not too crowded of people what is really nice.
Nothing. Everything was perfect.

A few loud animals on property, however very intriguing.

This is a beautiful property. We stayed in the the Roccioso junior suite which is perfect for a couple. Spacious accommodation and a very generous private terrace. 5 min walk to the beach and 5-10 mins to the town centre for shops, restaurants etc. and to the train station. Vietri is a perfect base to visit the Amalfi coast. The hosts were very welcoming and provided all the information we needed for a really great holiday. I would not hesitate to recommend La Valle delle Najadi.
Nothing, this property was fantastic.

The views were exceptional and we had a fabulous terrace to enjoy lunch and watch the sun go down. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Hosts were extremely helpful, even dropped us to the train station on our last day.
I would recommend this apartment.

The place is amazing and lies in between the marina and the oldcity, . Both at just 5 minutes walk. The beach is reachable by a cool private stairs. Views from the terrace over the valley are brilliant. The sounds of the littl river and birds make you feel like in nature. The house had a beautiful and vibrant garden and some goats and birds. The apartment comes with All amenities a for home cooking, or just to make a simple breakfast. The bathroom tiles are beautiful and the water pressure is perfect. The family is very helpful with everything you ask.qnd gives a lot of information. We had and absolute amazing time. Thanks so much.!
There's not so much not to like, but the beds are a bit on the hard side.

The area is simply stunning. From the room, which basically was a full apartment with a massive terrace, to the views we could enjoy. The building is nested between the newer and older part of Vietri, so there'll always be a hold to climb but only half in each direction. The staff is more than accommodating and extremely helpful. We were given a very detailed information pack and advice about where it is best to go and when. This allowed us to enjoy our stay to the fullest, as we managed to see everything we wanted and could along the Amalfi coast. It really made us fall in love with this part of Italy and we will definitely come back.
It's not a dislike but parking can be a little challenging, being tight and steep. However, it is just something to get used to and we had the hang of it after a few days. After that it was easy.

The property is even better than it looks online- with beautiful gardens, birds, goats, and even a peacock. We had dinner on the terrace and the property is an easy, simple walk down from the train station.
Staff was warm and friendly, providing us with transportation info and helping us out any time we needed. Our apartment had a kitchen so we were able to prepare meals to enjoy in the garden, and we made use of the on site free laundry.

The hosts were outstanding. They were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help us with a travel issue. Francesca and Piero were very welcoming and gave us great local information.
The location is perfect for Vietri, close to town and close to the sea. Vietri itself is probably the nicest village on the Amalfi coast.
The grounds were lovely and a treat. The room as described and pictured online, so really cute. A wonderful view too. Lots of facilities that we didn't even end up using.
A really perfect stay, thank you. If we return to Amalfi we would return here in a heart beat and will recommend to friends.
Nothing not to like. However, be aware, as with most of Amalfi, there are lots of steps to access the rooms. The bathroom is good, but the shower would be cosy for a larger person.

This place greatly exceeded our expectations and we enjoyed every minute of our stay in Vietri. Our hosts were so nice and accommodating with a welcome cafe and even took our luggage to the train station for us so we did not have to haul it all the way up ourselves. I would come back and stay here every year. We even took a day off sightseeing just to enjoy the huge private terrace (Iris room).
The only negative is that the beds are very firm, that being said it did not detract from our great experience. There is nothing else negative to say about this place. A firm bed, that’s it. Definitely not a deal breaker.

Beautiful property with a lot of space to rest on different levels and gorgeous hidden gardens. Place was very quiet (despite of having some other guests) and perfect for relax. 7 minutes’ walk to the beach. Our apartment was big and comfortable, it didn't have air condition, but thick walls made it cool inside. Host was friendly and very helpful.

parrots and the stairs- if you aren’t fit or disabled then it isn’t for you

What a place! Blown away by how beautiful this wonderful guesthouse is. The rooms are superb, the view is unreal and the staff are lovely. The grounds themselves are just stunning, and the location is very convenient to exploring beautiful Vietri. Rooms have all you could need for a comfortable stay including an espresso machine, and ate beautifully appointed with comfortable bedding. We had no idea we would have a private terrace to ourselves, it was the perfect place to soak up the sunset. We were sad to leave, we will be back!

The place is amazing. There is like in the film The secret garden by Agnieszka Holland.
Air condition works only to 26 C and higher. You should inform about it. It is not fair

This was our favorite location during our 2-week trip to Southern Italy, we stayed there 5 days. We loved the size of the room (including a loft), a small kitchenette, the ample outdoor patios and beautiful surroundings. There are only 8 rooms in the complex and the main building is a cotton mill from the 1700’s. Little did we know the hotel was located half-way on the hill to the Main Street where all the (amazing) shopping and some restaurants are located and half-way to the beach and seaside restaurants. The whole side of the hotel against a green hillside which gives it a lovely seclude ambiance. Our daughter loved the resident peacock the most, the 3 cages of chirping birds and 4 cute dwarf goats. Vietri is known for ceramics so we definitely supported their local economy. There is free parking onsite behind the gate and it is “Italian style” on a slope and parallel parking.
My 70-year old mom had a knee replacement 9-months ago so for her the 90+ steps either up or down was hard on her, but she did it. Just know the hotel is located on a steep slope and you’re in a town known for the beautiful cliffs along the Almafi Coast so it comes with the territory. Hauling luggage is a workout too but the stay here is better than you could have anywhere in Vietri or elsewhere, it is a wonderful place.

This place seems to have invented custom orientation: they really do everything you possibly can do to make your stay comfortable and pleasant, ranging from the best shower I have ever had to a laundry machine you can use whenever you want to a fully equipped apartment with little unexpected gifts and very important: a safe parking space and beautiful terrace with a lovely view. If I come back to Amalfi this will definitely be my place again!
nothing!
(perhaps WiFi was not always the strongest signal but it never is in this region)
