etwas in die Jahre gekommene Ferienwohnungen

Parkplatzgebühr 10 Euro pro Nacht und Auto, außerdem extrem enge Einfahrt

Alles in allem ein empfehlenswertes Quartier mit tollem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Sehr gut in der Altstadt gelegen. Telefonservice lief problemlos. Gute Betten, schöne Möbel. Sehr sauber. Ruhige Lage.

Licht im Korridor/Küche und im Bad zu dunkel. Lampe im Spiegelschrank im Bad defekt. Der Lüfter im Bad erinnert an einen Hubschrauber. Diese Kritikpunkte sind aber marginal, weil man sich vor allem in der Stadt aufhält.

Überraschung

Möchte mich nicht äußern, da ich was anderes erhielt, als gebucht war.

Dass ich wg. einem technischen Defekt aufgrund eines Anrufs von mir erst erfahren habe, um nachzufragen, ob an meinem Anreisetermin am Abend ca. 21 Uhr o.k. ist. Obgleich ich 1 Tag vorher in meiner Mail dies ankündigte, erhielt ich keine Antwort- oder Infomail, dass ich in der Waldenstraße eine zwar wesentlich größere Ferienwohnung beziehe. Wie sich herausstellte, war die Hauptein-/ausgangstüre (nicht die Wohnungstür) dort den ganzen Tag/Nacht offen (kein funktionierendes Schloss an dieser). - Die Heizung war sehr geräuschintensiv, in der Wohnung oben drüber war es am Morgen laut, anscheinend rannten welche.

I arrived at the place very late in the night and have to call the host to get the key. The host was very nice and patiently guided me to find out the key to the room.

Good location, disappointing room

The location was great, close to the city centre but still quiet. Apart from the microwave, the kitchen was well-stocked.

We had booked a 2 bedroom apartment but on the day (after *we* asked for some more information), the owner told us that the due to technical reasons the apartment wasn't available; instead he offered a two-bedroom apartment much further away. After we said that wasn't acceptable, he offered a 1 bedroom apartment at the right location, for €20 discount (in the end we only received €18.70, after chasing him for more than a week). It seems he does this "technical reasons" thing more often, there are other reviews that mention it. The 1 bedroom apartment was small, more like a hotel room with kitchenette and tiny room attached with just space for a sofa bed. Also the microwave was in the hallway, unplugged.

it was worst hotel one can dream. super dirty , noisy. dont ever book this place! it should not be even called a hotel

Horrible!

I didn’t like anything.

The apartment booked on Booking was on 34 Webergasse and on the day of my arrival the owner gave me a completely different address… When we arrived in front of the building on Waldenstr. 21b I realized that it will not be the apartment I want. The building looks like no one lives in it. At the entrance to the apartment you get a terrible smell that you can not get rid of. Dirty bathroom, no hair dryer. Yellowed towels. The bathroom window cannot be opened. You have a washing machine but you don't have detergent. The toilet lid is broken. The toilet paper holder is a mess. The bedding was not clean. The curtains in the room were yellow to dirty brown. In a word… terrible. It's frustrating when you book something that looks ok in the pictures, the area is ok and in reality it's completely different. I did not look for 5 star conditions but I like everything to be clean and welcoming when I go somewhere.

All good! Great location, friendly and communicative host, lovely small, comfy, stylish apartment..

The view out of the window could have been better!... it just looked onto the yard.
