Základní hostel v centru Palomina

Hostel je na skvělém místě přímo v centru Palomina. V okolí je spousta obchodů a restaurací. Fajn je venkovní posezení a houpací sítě. Pokoj je základní, ale čistý. Personál je super.

Kuchyň a celkově kuchyňské vybavení by chtěli vážně pořádný a důkladný úklid. Všechno bylo hodně použité, mastné a špinavé. Chtěli jsme si vařit, ale po pravdě, neodvážili jsme se nádobí použít. Nebylo ho ani čím umýt, protože i hadry byly špinavé a mastné.

Great feeling of community

The property is really comfy and the owner is an amazing host, she makes you feel welcome and part of the family almost immediately! Her good energy really provides a good space to rest and get to socialize with others at the hostel.

LUGAR GENIAL cerca de todo y central.

Muy buena ubicacion, cerca de todo. La atencion de Wendy y del Sr Juan espectacular. muy buen ambiente interno con los demas residentes, habitacion amplia y muy buen baño. lugar muy seguro fiel a las fotografias.

Faltan elementos de cocina como platos, pocillos y vasos, que se fue solucionando durante nuestra estancia. faltan mosquiteros en las camas y falta un poco de aseo en las neveras.

This place met our budget and location was superb.

Wendy

Kitchen area was adequate. But fighting for space and time was a problem. Lack of quality utensils and cooking pans caused some problems. Refrigerator was always over crowded. Need background music and ventilation in the common areas.

The location is good. I guess you get what you pay for :)

Maybe if you’re on a super tight budget this is the place for you, but for me 1 night was enough. The dorms/bathrooms kind of feel like your in prison, often there was no toilet paper and it was not clean. The whole place smelled like sewage when I was there.

So dirty. It's ok if you are 20, you don't shower and you are looking for the cheapest. Spider web all over, bathroom smells like hell, the kitchen was without soap all time time, people were loud until 2 am...

Pleasant

The staff was very friendly and tried to help with any questions I had.

There was no mosquito net for the bed and even though they gave me one when I asked for it, it was not possible to hang it over the bed, so I got bitten a lot. The biggest problem was cleanliness. Toilets, showers and kitchen should be cleaned much more often.

Super cheap and surprisingly comfy

Nice kitchen, nice area to hang out in the hammocks, for this price absolutely unbeatable!

They could maybe clean their ceilings but besides that it's definitely not a bad place to stay (especially for that price!), its a little walk to the beach but if you don't expect beach front property you will be fine ☺️

Location was central to everything Wendy was fantastic, always smiling and always working!!!

Lots of times no water Shower curtain and shower infested with biting ants. Bedroom infested with ant trails on first night needed to bug spray room perimiter. Smell of sewerage in outside seating areas Kitchen ill equipt and not very clean Pillows were like chewed up wetsuits Far better options for the price Our least favorite in 5 months travel and the most expensive

Wendy is nice. the place is bad

Wendy is a lady who runs the hostel on her own 7 days a week 24 hours a day. always smiling always willing to help.

I booked a private room but there was no lock for the door. there was a toilet but the toilet seat was missing. Again there was no lock for the door. i asked for a different room to allow the staff some time to repair the lock and the toilet seat. I paid extra money because the other room was more expensive. after 4 days nothing had changed. I asked to cancel the remaining 2 days on my reservation. but the owner didn’t agree with me and we didn’t find a solution that worked for us both.

Great value.

Great value. Wendi is very kind and helpful. The dorm room was spacious with the biggest lockers I’ve seen (though only 2 for 5 beds, but luckily I was the only person in the room). The outdoor area is really nice. Lots of places to sit, lots of outlets.

No handle on the shower valve. There was a very big roach in the room, which I’m not too squeamish about, but others might be.

Some effort on cleanliness would make the place sooo much better

Super cheap price. Great location in town, close to restaurants and stores

People are right. The place is not clean. Saw a big cockroach and lots of spider webs in the bathroom. People somehow left their leftover in the kitchen exposed by the heat and made a smell. Not only the leftover, the whole kitchen just doesn't make me feel like cooking. Rice and rubbish were in my locker when I arrived. In those two days I spent most of the time in the hostel and didn't see them cleaning the shared dorm / bathroom. (Only swept in the room a bit).

I stayed one night in the dorm. Room is clean and including fan so you don’t get too hot in the night. Staffs are very kind. There are also place to cooking and dry clothes Location was also perfect.
