The right place!

This is perfectly located!!! Close to the Hauptbahnhof, only 2 blocks to bring luggage. And the only 2 blocks every time you want to catch a train or bus! This is family owned! They all speak English. They work very hard and long hours to ensure our stay is perfect. They always communicated and were very helpful. There IS an elevator, too!!! Along with amazing water pressure! The online pictures are accurate! An Apotheke is right next door super convenient. Aldi is across the street! Many food and ice cream options in walking distance. Downtown...10 minute walk! I am so glad I found and booked Hotel National.

Nothing to complain about. Exceeded my expectations.

Practical and convenient place to stay

Clean, self explanatory and practical furnishing such as night lamp and thick curtains, friendly staff, decent breakfast, accommodating my request to say in a quiet room, value for money, bicycle friendly (could store one in a safe room),

Enjoyed Koblenz and here was a reasonable place to do it from……………………….

Good location for station and access to town/old town via walking

Room was basic, fine, but basic. Would have been nice if breakfast was included in the price.

I had a pleasant and restful stay.

I chose the hotel because it was near the railway station and economical. I found the staff very friendly and the breakfast offer excellent. The 2022 football World Cup was available on the TV in my room. I had a pleasant stay.

The hotel is some distance from the main sights and shopping areas, but near the bus station, which made it easier to get around. It would have been helpful if the hotel had had brochures and maps of the city.

we enjoyed our stay. this is a basic accommodation without extras.

good location, close to the train station and old city. The room and property was very clean and owners worked very hard to keep it that way.

The bed was a little hard and maybe a softer mattress would be good. mattress was memory foam and some people might like it firm but I prefer a little softer sleeper.

Great good value hotel in a convenient location.

The hotel was close to the train station and a short walk to the old town. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good value for money.

Nothing really. Air conditioning would have made the nights more comfortable but but you need to pay a lot more to get air con in Europe

Very good location, friendly staff and good storage for bikes.

A little pricey for what you get. It wasn’t stated anywhere that you need a negative COVID test before arrival. But there is a test center near the hotel.

Well located

Very quiet and well located, close to the train station. The walk towards all the attractions is very pleasant and it actually allows one to know the area around the main spots. Koblenz is small so everything is in reach.

Good and quiet location. Friendly and helpfull staf. Room was very big. Beds were comfy. Wifi was working good. Easy to find and a big parking place (at the train station) nearby. Very good valye for money.

The shower is a bit small. It's located 1 km from the Altstadt which is the centre of the city. That's all I can mention here, everything else was good,

We are cycle touring. Bike store. Extremely helpful owner. Great English. Helped sort finding a cheap laundromat to wash clothes and excellent restaurant next to station. Koblenz a little more expensive for accommodation Good value breakfast for 6.5 euros.

Good place to stay in the center of Koblenz.

The location of the hotel was great. The rooms were ok and my bike was well taken care of. The breakfast was quite good also with the Covid arrangements that were implemented.

The hotel is not the newest, but it was kept in shape.
