3 jours à San Sebastian avec notre fils

Le personnel est très gentil L’appartement était bien situé au calme avec une superbe vue Bonne Literie

Pas de climatisation,uniquement des colonnes mobiles qui sont insuffisantes et prennent de la place Manque de propreté dans la cuisine Les baies vitrées sont sales (dommage avec cette vue superbe ) Des odeurs d’égouts sous la fenêtre de la petite chambre Grosse marche entre le salon et la terrasse : impossible de sortir le fauteuil de mon fils handicapé Trop Cher pour une prestation médiocre

Would stay here again

Firstly, the staff were amazing, they were so friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. The room was faultless. Spacious and clean and the terrace? Wow! Nice and big, 2 recliner beds and a table and chairs, perfect outside space for our dogs. Large comfortable bed, washer dryer, microwave oven combi and free gifts in the bathroom, soap, shower cap, razor and toothbrushes with toothpaste. Lovely dog friendly beaches with cafes dotted about. There's a fabulous aquarium to visit and you can take a small train upwards to a large amusement park, great for the kids and the best views of the sea and countryside as you're so high up.

A short drive to anywhere useful like supermarkets, too far to walk it.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay

I loved the cleanlinesses of the apartment the comfortable beds , the kitchen area the fluffiness of the towels in the bathroom the outside space and the amazing views The staff made access to the apartment so easy as we arrived really late at night as they sent me all the information I needed

Nice apartment, yet some things to be improved on service

Rooms, balcony, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds.

The was nobody available to pick the phone for 2.5 hours so we could not check in. If company provides an emergency number after reception working hours, there should be always somebody to answer the phone. Instructions sent by mail were not helpful and confusing (QR code provided but nothing to scan). The other instructions for check in provided by “what’s up” yet nobody pre-warned is that check in instructions will come via the communicator- all other communication was done by e-mail/booking.com communicator.

Heel fijn verblijf en geweldige service!

We had a perfect stay! The view is amazing!! But the apartment is also very nice. The beds are good, bathroom perfect and everything you need (Washing machine, coffee, thee, dishwasher and basics in the bathroom). Best about the stay are the girls at the reception, extremely nice and attentive. We asked for a few things which they attended Immediatly.

There are A few things getting A little older, but everything works perfect. The only thing they could improve is the chairs at the diningtable. The table is much higher so you can’t really work at it. There is however a Nice workspace downstairs and we had a balcony with a table to work on.

Friendly welcome but apartment was rather clinical.

The highlight was meeting the lovely lady on reception. She was so helpful and full of great advice on San Sebastián. The view from the apartments is great.

The apartment was very basically furnished for the money you pay. It was also a long way out of town.

Relaxing stay in with beautiful views.

We really liked our stay in Irenaz Resort Apartementos. The receptionists were super friendly and it was a big bonus for us that it was pet friendly. The beds were suuuuper comfy, it was quiet, it was clean. The price was very reasonable and was good value for what you get. We took the car to go to the city center of San Sebastian because it was only a 10-minute drive. I would recommend!

The small light in the single bed room wasn't working, so we only had the big ceiling light which was a bit harsh. It would have been great if we could buy some more drinks or snacks at the hotel. All the rest was perfect.

great apartment, friendly and helpful staff. Provided extra coffee and ironing facilities very fast. Washing machine very handy as we had been travelling for a while. Although no dryer in apartment drying was offered should we need it

It was a very pleasant stay, great front desk staff and lovely views, nice decoration.

We were happy and most points rated high

It would be good to have a sunshade or sun umbrellas on the balcony It would be good if the AC would have a duct in the bedroom. In that case it would not be necessary to cool down the whole unit and energy could be saved. would be good to have some milk for a start to enjoy coffee or tea.

a beautiful retreat right outside the center of San Sebastián, a perfect location for touring around the area and enjoyi

the garden outside the room the table outside the fully furnished bathroom including bidet and great shower the staff was very supportive in helping us with washing our clothes available coffee in the room

we could not get a parking inside, which we would have appreciated to recharge our hybrid car it would have benefitted from a swimming pool missing washing machine in our studio bigger pot for cocking pasta and the like for four

Relaxed and beautifull holiday accommodation close to SEbastian and the surrounding coast villages.

Beautifull view on the terras and spacious appartemente with private parking place. Clean and very comfortable. Transport to beach is perfect and San Sebastiaan is a great city and lovely beaches and restaurants. Some things can be approved like doors which jam a lot and more glasses available for 4 persons.

Lovely reception staff. We were allowed to check in a couple of hours early which was very welcome because we’d had a long travel day. The apartment was very clean and had wonderful views.

The internet was a little intermittent. The apartment was a little further from the city than we had thought. However, there is a good bus service.
