Highly recommend this hotel

The location was excellent. The staff were so obliging, courteous and helpful, in all departments. Lots of gluten free options too, as I am a coeliac. Buffet breakfast was excellent value. The rooftop sun lounges and pool were lovely to use.

Komfortowy apartament z pięknym widokiem na zatokę Concha .

Świetna lokalizacja . Widok z okien na zatokę .Duże przestronne pokoje i salon, dwie łazienki .Dobre wyposażenie kuchni. Usytuowanie apartamentu na 1 piętrze. Bliskość do centrum .

Skomplikowany proces check-in online , zajął mi ponad pół godziny ,bardzo dużo informacji trzeba było wpisać , a także dołączyć skany dowodów osobistych. Nie otrzymaliśmy bezpłatnego miejsca parkingowego , które było w ofercie i o które prosiliśmy .

Location good, condition terrible, view great.

We were VERY DISSAPPOINTED with this rental. Tried to contact property manager over a dozen times - never called. They did send a message via Booking claiming nothing wrong (without coming): Hot water in both showers ran from good and warm to COLD every two minutes (hot water unit needs repair/replace) Shower door leaks heavily (missing gasket) Showerhead broken ($15 item), mirror light not working, Exterior shutter/shade in one bedroom wouldn't go up so no view; window in Living room broken, wouldn't open, TV never worked, Mold on windowsill, numerous other minor problems never addressed. Website says there is private parking: message says no, you have to pay, but it was never offered. Tried to call and emailed Booking as well - no response. NOT RECOMMENDED

Fantastic views and great location.

The views were stunning. Pictures don't do them justice. We loved opening the windows and listening to the ocean. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The beds were very comfortable and the size of the apartment made for comfortable accommodations.

Both showers would not maintain hot water—ice cold, then hot, then cold. The handle holder was broken upon arrival in one of the showers, requiring hand-held shower use. The light switches and outlets, as were the walls and ceiling in one of the bedrooms, were dirty. We cleaned the light switches upon arrival. Parking is a gamble. We could find street parking daily; however, I would have concerns during peak times.

Buena ubicación, inmejorables vistas, cómodo, pero con mal procedimiento de entrega de llaves.

Buena ubicación y vistas, apartamento muy cómodo con espacios amplios. Muy luminoso y con camas cómodas. El acceso a la playa está poco minutos caminando.

Pésimo proceso de entrega de la llave. Nunca recibí un email de confirmación de alquiler. Tuve que llamar yo tres veces, siempre hablaba con una persona diferente. Nadie me avisó de que debía buscarla en una oficina muy alejada del apartamento, en un sitio donde es imposible aparcar. Además, el apartamento no estaba listo al llegar. Al ingresar había olor a humedad y se notaba que habían limpiado 3 minutos antes. Me entregaron la llave 2 horas más tarde de lo que correspondía y no me ofrecieron nada a cambio, ni siquiera salir más tarde. La cocina es anticuada y debe ser renovada para ser acorde al precio. El mobiliario también está bastante desgastado. La relación calidad-precio deja algo que desear.

Good location

Very good view from all windows. The apartment is close to both beaches, so you can choose. The owner is available by email and helped in solving some problems.

The apartment is tired, in some places there is mold and unpleasant odors. The owner does not provide detergents for dishwashers, washing machines, ironing boards. Actually there is no parking! if you need parking, you must make a request and book in advance as the owner does not have enough parking spaces for several properties (he does not ask if you need parking). It was difficult to park nearby as it was a holiday week.

Superb view! Great location to swim in the mild water of the wonderful bay.

Old ,poky flat in a house which remembers You a fusty funeral home! Old and mostly damaged houshold devices,cracked glasses etc. It is an unacceptadly low level interior. Permanent problem with parking.(it is not their fault) It is not worth the price!

Way overpriced for 6 days. I would expect alot more for the money paid. No balcony etc. Also there was quite a few lighbulbs not working. Not enough towels provided for 2 kids and 2 adults.

We paid for luxury $$$ and got a low end cheap experience- very disappointed

The view was absolutely beautiful, with windows open you could hear the wonderful surf and the black out shades were perfect. They let us check in an hour early. With a few extra amenities (and more fans) this could have been so much better.

Really inconvenient to get keys at a separate location. No sheets for pull out bed. It was so loud and hot and NO AIR CONDITIONING !!!! Needed windows open for some breeze, but too loud and humid. We were uncomfortable every night. Had to ask for fans. not stocked with necessities (no wine opener, no coffee, no salt/ pepper, knives were broken, not enough towels and they were really bad towels, no kitchen towels, no soap, no beach towel or chairs) Supposed to come to change sheets and towels on Tuesday but didn’t. Reminded them and came on Thursday - day before we left. Paid a lot of money for a very minimal uncomfortable apartment experience. We were very disappointed

Great location and beautiful view.

Great Location... though there was construction in front of the apartment, but at least they started working at a reasonable hour. Walking distance from all the important areas of the city.

Water heater was broken, but other than that, all was good with the apartment. Wish we had coffee included as it would have been nice to wake up to that beautiful view and have a coffee without going out.

Exceptional

Perfect location, amazing views. The apartment is very well equipped although some basic items like tea, coffee and sugar would be appreciated. We were also allowed early check-in which was fantastic. We were able to leave our luggage in the office after check out which was a great help.

The apartment may seem to be a little noisy for some. The walls seem rather thin and the traffic may seem loud for people that normally live in a quiet small town like us :). It does not spoil the holiday though, we enjoyed it a lot.

avoid. avoid. avoid or pay the price of ruining your stay in a wonderful city.

photos look nice but place is much less desirable than shown.

despite the view, location is actually not good at all. it’s probably the last building farthest away on the beach away from the old town. very inconvenient. the place is locked up like some kind of fortress of prison . you need to use the keys to go up the silly elevator to the 1st floor. inconvenience of having to go to some other office to pick up keys from a vending machine . the management company are rude and unresponsive. look at the Google reviews before booking with these people. we learned an expensive lesson and they took our money.

Beautiful views in a comfortable apartment in one the best cities in the world.

The views are even better than they appear in the pictures. The beds are comfortable. The building is very nice. And the location is great to head out in any direction. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

Picking up they key a half mile from the property was inconvenient.

We enjoyed our stay and the this was a nice place to be close to the ocean.

The view is amazing and the decor is very nice and its in a great location. You can hear the waves and its a beautiful beach.

There was only one duvet and it had no cover, despite that we had 3 beds, so using just a sheet was cold and uncomfortable for the other two guests.

No closets, drawers or anywhere to place clothes and other belongings in the second bedroom. Not even a shelf. Lots of storage in the main bedroom, though.

Stunning views, fantastic WiFi but some drawbacks

Loved the views, the WiFi was strong, the apartment was in a good location and nicely furnished. Loved the fact that the tv was connected to Netflix. The agent provided a welcome pack for cleaning and washing which was very welcome.

The dryer part of the washer-dryer didn’t work. There was nowhere to dry what I had washed which meant we had to pack damp clothes. The water pressure in the showers was abysmally low. We locked ourselves out one day (left the keys on the inside of the door). The agent was very helpful in sending us a locksmith but he wanted to charge us 166 Euro. We paid 130 in the end which we still thought was excessive given it only took him 5 seconds to open the door.

Gorgeous Apartment. Spectacular Views. Great location.

The view was incredible! We didn’t want to leave! Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean and waking up to the gorgeous view was wonderful. The rooms were big, the bed comfortable, and the entire apartment was extremely clean and tidy.
