Great hotel with perfect location.

The hotel has a great location, near the feri. There is a parking which is very important in the area. The room was clean and tidy. There is air conditioning which is very important considering the season. There is a Change near the hotel, a big park, a sea alea great for walks, a lot of restaurants, Cafes, shops, fast food. Mega beach is on 20 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel offers breakfast on block table and it was delicious. The staff is friendly.

There is nothing I didn't like.

The location and the friendly staff. We were able to park our motorbikes although the parking place was really busy.

Next time we will choose another hotel

Great location, clean room, good breakfast.

The wi-fi didn’t work at all. The room is VERY noisily - looks like the windows’ glasses made from the paper - every sound from the street (crazy motorbikes, drunk crowd) we heard in the room. We almost didn’t sleep in the night.

The location was great and the staff very kind and helpful. Good breakfast and we were also offered something for the road. Such a nice touch!

The mattresses cpuld be a little bit more confortable, also the pillows.

Very good location, wonderful personal, good breakfast. The very good parking; to come there you have to turn right after the hotel and second one is the "our" parking (see the added picture). When I had a small problem with our car, I asked the hotel personal and they checked, called to there and sent me to the proper place.

Very poor soundproofing. I don’t think it’s possible to change it: this is how the building was built.

A rather decent place to stay in Chanakkale

Great location, and especially the private parking behind the hotel. Overall a very decent place to stay.

The room was just enough in size, and, as is the case with most properties in Turkey, the noise insulation wasn't the best so you are likely to be awakened by the morning call to prayer.

Very good location, near the ferryboat, and at a walk distance of the touristic city centre. Unbelievable big and safe parking place, which represents a big plus for me, in a crowded touristic city. Good breakfast, clean room.

Exceptional

We are for the first time in Turkey and we’ve spent a night at Helen Hotel on our way to Didim. The people at Helen made us feel very comfortable, warmly welcoming us. Our room was very clean, good bed, good breakfast and they also provided us refresments and a little gift for the way. I have heard many about turkish hospitality and here we lived it.
