nicht noch einmal!

keine Hilfe beim Checkin, keinerlei Personal hat sich blicken lassen. Die Wände waren dreckig, das Zimmer sah runtergekommen aus. wenigstens war das Bett frisch bezogen und 2 frische Handtücher vorhanden.

Werde dies Hotel nie wieder besuchen.

Nur das es sauber war.

Die Dusche hat keine Tür und keinen Fön und... obwohl ich bat mir ein Taxi zu bestellen und mir wurde zugesichert, dass es bestellt wurde, war am morgen kein Taxi da!!!

Friendly staff, nice location if you drive / for airport

Space in the room for three people, comfortable bed, sink, other guests and staff kind / friendly.

Was quite far from the centre, there wasn’t a fridge or even a kettle to have coffee or tea in the room. However, there was a coffee machine downstairs, and breakfast, which was pretty plentiful.

nothing. it was only 5 mins from the airport, but I’d have rather slept in the field next to it.

worst ibis budget I’ve ever stayed in. don’t do it. don’t stay here. I’ve stayed in numerous ibis budgets around the world and you know what you get. with this one, it’s next level terrible. the bathroom is one complete plastic piece, shower, toilet and all, with no toilet seat. it was awful. black hairs everywhere and the toilet wasn’t clean. the bed was so scratchy and smelt of wet dog, the carpet was stained. there’s no elevator, so if you have luggage be prepared to lug it up 2 flights of stairs.

Cozy place. Good to sleep one night, if you are really tired.

The shower was not clean, some pubic hair were not cleaned, in visible spots! Breakfast was OK-ish, just eggs completely missing.

Service was good, staff was courteous and accommodative. We requested for an early check in and they were able to help us with it. Free parking, ample parking space.

The kitchen staff were nice

My booking was cancelled for no reason without informing me. I only got to know upon reaching the hotel and calling the hotel. the man who picked up said he checked with reception and that my booking had been cancelled but that he could not give me a reason as to why. At such notice there were no available hotels nearby and it was late at night in a remote location. My friend and I had to sleep on the floor of the hotel lobby for that night. The kitchen staff woke us and the next morning and were nice but this in no way excuses the shitshow of cancelling our booking without a reason.

I liked the fact that it was located near the Brandenburg Airport so I did not have to worry about being late for my check-In in the morning.

I didn't like the way I was welcomed into the hotel. The receptionist on the night shift told me that there was no room for me and yet I had my booking confirmed already on Booking.com. It was a disappointment to me because I had already shared my confirmation number with her and she insisted there was no room available. Eventually, I got my room.

For one night, it was OK, but not that convenient from the airport as it cost over 20 euro

That they sent me a message on how to get in as my flight was late (but as it turned out, staff were still on duty)

The shower sprayed all over the place. Having the sink in the bedroom and not in the bathroom

Location, close to the airport, and you can go to eat sth to premium kebab 5 min walking. It is at is supposed - budget version, but ok for 1 night stay

impossible to check in despite being told it will be possible. had to find a different hotel at 3am

despite being told self checkin will be possible in the night, the machine was not working and customer service completely useless when requested help. Needed to go looking for a different hotel at 3AM with a 1yo kid. No answer from the hotel when requested clarifications afterwards.

Cheap room for the night after flight to Berlin.

It was close to the airport. We did not have a car so we tooke the bus from airport to hotel.

They do not have elevator.
