What a beautiful city Como is. This apartment is in walking distance to the train station and ferry.

Beautiful apartment, great location

The location was close to everything, The Doumo, the restaurants, the supermarket, the lake. Apartment was very large, decor was beautiful, long terrace overlooking the street, where the children played Till late. Felt very much part of the local culture. Unfortunately I needed to shut them at night, becayse it could be a bit noisy late, as I prefer to sleep with fresh air. However totally quiet with terrace doors shut. Manager stayed late for check in when plane was delayed. Assisted with luggage. Organised taxi transfers from airport and to Milan. Was very kind and helpful.

The lounge chair (only 1, though apartment was for 2) was not very Comfortable for sitting round There are 4 small stairs to lift, didn't bother me, but could be a problem for someone with a mobility problem. Just to be aware.

My first time in Como and it’s a beautiful place

Very fun and entertaining location in Como. And the split level layout of the apartment is cool. The parking is a couple blocks walk, but the route is direct and easy enough

Superb.

They have the split level room, the house theme was cute and the place was clean and comfortable. Easy access to everything. Shoutout to Alessandro for his hospitality everything went well.

The lift was small ony 1 person and a luggage only and very small. If you have a lot of luggages you count how many times you have to do it! It’s tiring though but the place was cute and will take away your tiredness.

The best place to discover Como

The host is very kind and supportive. location is in the center of como with walking distance to all sightseeing. everything you need in your stay is available in the house. cleaning is outstanding.

Reaching to the house for new visitors to como is a bit difficult specially who using the google map. however, with the help of the host, it will be much easier.

Great choice of accommodation for 2 people in Como city

Great location by the Duomo, good amount of supplies (towels, toiletries), ease of communication with and helpfulness of the representative (Alexandro), cheerful decor.

The curved stair to the loft bedroom was tight. You had to be very careful going up and down. Would not recommend the place for older folks.

Location was great and the apartment had everything that I needed.

The apartment did not have the lake view as advertised. I paid extra to get accommodation with lake view but it was blocked by trees which is disappointing.

Property was absolutely stunning. Very clean and had everything you could possibly want for a week long stay.

I struggle to think of anything negative. Wi-Fi being a little inconsistent is about the only thing I can say

New Year's in Como!

The location and apartment are very nice and easy to come & go. It's close to everything. The New Year's celebration and Christmas market were so enjoyable.

The beds were difficult to get comfortable in. We're on the bigger side, and it was too soft and too small for us. ( Twin beds). It might be different for others.

Can't recommend this property enough! First of all it is steps away from the Como Cathedral, shopping and the lake!!I It has everything you need in the apt. for a comfortable stay. And, I have to say I left valuables in the property safe and they contacted me and were able to safely return all!! Many thanks:)

Clean, comfortable, great location and staff are very friendly!

Central location to cafes, restaurants, shops, supermarket and not far from train station, ferry terminal and funicular. Alessandro was really helpful and let us check in early and gave us some nice recommendations around Lake Como. Accommodation is clean and comfortable. Highly recommend the place!

Great apartment. Clean, modern, spacious and fantastic location. Right in the centre of Como. Close to shops, great dining and water ferries. Will definately stay there again.

Overpriced apartment with smelly towels

The location and staff was very friendly and responsive

The accommodation was very uncomfortable, initially we were given a studio apartment with sich tiny spiral staircase that I could hardly fit in on those stairs, let alone carry my clothes upstairs. The towels were stinky and not fresh, and even after we requested a replacement, they arrived with the same unfresh and unpleasant odour. The apartment was very basic and overpriced for a little value it offered.
