De totale sfeer van de Finca. Ontbijt van de eigenaar was heel erg goed. Zwembad prima.
buitenterrasje van onze kamer lag heel dicht tegen de buren.

Bella struttura agrituristica immersa nella campagna vicina a Llucmayor e a 10 minuti circa dall'aeroporto.

The secluded location. The sheeps in front of the room. The little terrace outside the bedroom.
The intermittent wifi signal since the data provider Orange didn’t have good reception where the hotel was located.

Very clean. Excellent breakfast buffet. Friendly proprietors.
Very isolated. No shops nearby. The walk into Llucimajor was not at all straightforward.

Great pool, children loved it.
Very nice pool area, perfect for taking a good nap during the day.
Very quiet place, quite close to Llucmajor.
Fantastic breakfasts, serving every day a different set of sandwiches and fruits, eggs, cake, great coffe.
This old house has definitely its own charm although it is really very old.
Friendly owners.
Furniture and kitchen equipment definitely had their best days long time ago, need to be renewed, not really up to the expected standard for this price.
Don’t get surprized to get a different room/appartment than booked although we were happy with the change.
Wifi is only working in theory but it didn’t bother us much since we were on holidays.
Very poor mobile network, in practice not working, but this is nothing the owners could do about it.

Everything about our stay was perfect! The Finca and the gardens are absolutely beautiful, the breakfast is superb, the pool area is fun and suitable for all ages - which was great travelling with a 1 year old - and Alberto and his wife are very friendly and helpful. Our son especially loved walking around the grounds and saying hello to all of the animals.

The room was spacious and clean, the pool was great, breakfast excellent and the surrounds well kept and very relaxing.
The kitchen was really basic, it is a hotel so wasn't expecting a fully kitted out kitchen but a toaster would be a simple cheap improvement. Especially as it's the land of pa amb tomaquet (,bread with tomato(

Breakfast was ok. Parking was good. Proximity to Palma was not bad.
Our welcome was very unfriendly. I booked for one person only as I was doing it in a rush, then we were told to pay an additional 30% for second guest. I thought I pay for room. Because of this we were told to do them a favor and leave, even though we had no objection in paying the additional 30%, just tried to understand the logic behind it.

The stay at Son Guardiola was perfect. The owners Maria and Alberto were very friendly and helpful and I loved staying at their Finca. It's off the beaten track, meaning that it is quiet.
The property is well-cared for and clean. The rooms are simple but had everything I needed. There was only a one-pit electric ring in the kitchenette, so cooking was simple, but the microwave was new and worked fine.
The breakfast was superb - plate service every day of eggs, toast, bread with cheese and meat, cake or pastry and fruit. And my dog was made very welcome, which was a great experience travelling with him for the first time.

Unfortunately there was a mistake with the booking, which meant I had to be re-booked to another finca. However the hosts were very helpful and efficient so I can't complain.

Big rooms, well-equipped, variation in breakfast options, big pool, tranquility,...
Poor wifi connexion in the room

The area, the nature and the swimming pool are fantastic!! A very nice opportunity to relax and take a break of the city!!
We had the same 2 towels during the 6 days there, the kitchen is not well equipped and the furniture in the bedroom is very old and not so comfortable.
But the most important thing for us is that the host doesn’t have good manners, sometimes he has bad treatment to the customers (in the way he speaks). he was totally mad that we sat at another table on the 2nd day of breakfast. (the tables were not marked) he did the same a few days later with another family.

Of course, this place makes sense only for people with a car as this is 4 km away from Llucmajor. But, when you have a car, this is a great, great location - you can easily go everywhere on the island. The highway is 2 minutes away, so you can reach Palma in 15 mins, El Arenal in 15 mins, beaches in Cala Pi or Sa Rapita in 20 mins. Llucmajor is also nice city with several cool restaurants (Contrabando tapas bar!) The property is situated in nice rural environment with hacienda-style building and ca. 10 apartments in it. They got everything you need, descriptions are accurate. The only thing is that, if you are addicted to internet - WIFI works only on the side closer to the pool. The pool itself is fine, open till 10 PM! The host serves breakfast himself and it's really OK, however, let him know if you are vegetarian before he brings ham sandwiches :-) (keep also in mind - there is no restaurant on site, lunch and dinner are on your side) To sum up - really great, calm, chill, slowlife, easygoing place! If you want to experience a bit of different Mallorca with no noisy beaches, this is a place for you :-)
Really nothing special to complain about. Sometimes heard neighbours through the walls in the morning.

Excellent accommodation for the price. Perfect location, peaceful, quiet and very beautiful. Fabulous pool and sun beds. Wonderful breakfast. I would highly recommend this for a couple of days stay.
Nothing. Perfectly lovely.

The pool definitively
Bugs in the place because animals near the room, rustic, calm, nice pool. Owner is a farmer, no aptitude for tourism.

Pretty finca in beautiful landscape, Perfect to reach nearby beaches and towns. Owner is grumpy at first sight but a really cool Person. The Pool Is really cool and the place Is very quiet (depending on guests who stay there and which animals decide to speak up at Night). Rooms are spaceious and the bed was really comfy (you wouldnt expect from the pictures). It was a great stay. Quiet aircon and (as a Real plus) Not directly pointed to bed
WLAN Is pretty Bad but its ok. You Need a car but thats no Real con for me. Showering neighbours can be pretty noisy due to the old building but thats ok.
