Spacious enough, not too pricy, and with complete basic kitchen needs. Worth it!

The owner is very kind and flexible to let us check in around 3am, and he have also let us stay until 5pm after check out due to flight schedule.

Spacious property that would sufficiently serve the needs of large group of families and friends.

This is a big property, perfect for a family or group of friends. Not at the center, or main road of the city, but location is still quite excellent, as it is very near SM and the public market. Multiple bathrooms and toilets perfectly suited our needs, and the masters bedroom was so spacious that 7 of our company was able to comfortably fit in it.

In general it is clean, however, the property is kinda showing its age (not old per se, just..not modern). This is evident in the facilities in the property, although they adequately served our needs, and are clean in general. The shower curtains need a change though. The internet also only works downstairs, and since it is near highway, the vehicles can be quite noisy at night.

good location

House full of cockroaches and other insects, it was a nightmare Staff was not that responsive for the collection or the keys, but we managed to get them anyway. Not enough toilet paper in the house. Also, the air conditioning in two of the 3 rooms is very noisy.

Very comfortable!

This is my 2nd time. KDC is my choice of place when traveling with a big group. Spacious with 3 bedroom, with 3 clean toilet and bath and hot shower. With clean sheets and towels, too. It's easy to find and very accessible. It's quiet and feels safe at night.

We love the place or unit. Its a home away from home. Safe place & accomodating staffs & owner. So comfy. Its a great place to stay for vacay😍. Highly recommended. We will be back nxt time in KDC. Thanks much🥰

Nothing to dislike coz we really feel at home though cignal is poor inside but its ok you can go outside😊.

Great staff, close to shopping, internet spotty and first floor is an oven.

The staff was very helpful and the overall size was great for us. Plenty of room and we had 7. I think you could sleep 12+ there easy. Great location in relation to SM mall. About a two minute walk.

First the previous nights guests didn't want to leave 40 minutes after they were supposed to be out. Claimed their car hadn't arrived. Not my problem, get out. So they stay outside the door for over two hours. Second, this place is at the end of the runway. You will hear the planes. Lucky it's not a real busy airport. Could use AC downstairs. Bedroom is great but hot as hell on first floor. Wifi pretty poor speed and really only works on first floor.

Good for group of friends

Spacious and strategically located near attractions. Value for money. We stayed for 2 nights with two separate bookings since our trip was cut short because of the weather. Good thing that this was the place we booked since we are able to relax and chill after all the frustrations that our tour in El Nido was cancelled.😅 Easy to communicate with the owner, he/she allowed us to stay for an addt'l 1 hour.

Everything. Just a suggestion,I hope the check in instructions is given beforehand so that we won't worry if we arrived late and could not contact the owner. But the owner replied at the instant so no worries

One of the best

The place is super nice and comfortable. At a very affordable rate. Excellent location. Within walking distance of the market, malls, restaurants, drug stores, some tourist spots in the city, etc. Almost everything is provided, i didnt have to worry much. Will definitely stay there again.

Only the internet connection isnt stable at certain hours.

Perfect location, clean unit

The rooms were spacious, the owner was kind enough to give us the biggest unit. The unit was neat and presentable, you just want to stay in and forget about going around. You can cook your food there too, plus there's a washing area at the back. I should have booked for 2 days so we could have stayed a bit longer. Nonetheless, when we come back, we'll definitely stay here again. It's in a perfect location as well. Near the malls and a tricy to the baywalk.

Great for families

It is clean, quiet, close to the airport and SM mall, and has 24hr security in the property. The beds were comfortable, and there were extra mattresses and pillows, and dozens of hangers. Hot water showers, fully equipped kitchen with induction stove, oven toaster, rice cooker, kettle, refrigerator and water dispenser. There was wifi with a wifi extender on the 2nd flr (although we didn’t get the password for the 2nd flr) and a safe (it was locked, probably not for guest use). We couldn’t find the iron and board (we searched in all wardrobes), but we managed without it. Though the rooms were air-conditioned, the master bedroom wasn’t cool enough, electric fans were gratefully everywhere, as it could get hot during the day (and night). The setting up of the TV and cable took some time to get used to. Overall, a pleasant stay and definitely highly recommended!

Close to town, walk to sm mall and markets. Transport available right outside the apartments.

Unit was clean. Downstairs toilet was flooded, we couldn't use it for the whole of our stay. Msged the owner. He sent maintenance to fix on the second day, couldn't find fault and left without cleaning the area. We had to shut the door and leave it as it was.
