Clean room, amenities, location.
Flora is the best and provides comfort and great breakfast.

I was fed extremely well every day and it was delicious every time— gave me enough energy to get going on my day. The location was perfect— just close enough to whatever I wanted to do/see, and just far enough to get a lovely break when needed.
I cannot think of anything as I very much enjoyed my stay.

We normally do not eat until later so we didn’t take full advantage of the breakfast there we did eat there once and it was excellent. The nice thing was the location we could walk to about anywhere we wanted to go

The location was perfect - out of the hustle of Salem in October, but also an easy walk literally everywhere. The room size was perfect. And breakfast was a great start to a long day of sightseeing with many thoughtful aspects including options of vegan yogurt and a gluten free muffin! The owner is very eco friendly - recycling, composting, and providing easy options for her guests to do the same.

The host Flora was very accommodating and so knowledgeable about the town of Salem. The house is off the main area but still close enough to walk to all the attractions. The room was super clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Flora can also really bake!! Her homemade muffins were fantastic. We definitely would book this place again and recommend it!

It was in a very convenient location, not only were we within a 10 minute walk to all of our destinations, but the neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe even walking at night. The house was very cozy and welcoming, and Flora was amazing and tended to everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Salem.
everything was great

Loved the period feel, it was such a charming room and so comfortable. Owner meet us right as we stepped out of the taxi. Very welcoming.
The AB&B was not that far away from things, but just a bit. After a week of walking everywhere I was exhausted.

My husband and I had a great stay at the Northey Street House from September 24-27. Flora is a wonderful host. She works hard to ensure each person is comfortable and taken care of. Breakfast each morning was delicious. The house is a short walking distance to everything you would want to do in Salem. Next time I go to Salem I will definitely stay here.
Great place to stay, nothing negative to write about.

Flora was a wonderful host and excellent cook. She even took the time to fix me a gluten free breakfast. We really enjoyed the history of the home. Our room was spacious and comfy. Highly recommend.
The narrow stairs might be challenging for some folks.

Northey Street House was very clean and cozy! My boyfriend and I stayed here for about a week. We liked the room and private bathroom. Overall, it was very homey. The owner, Flora, was always very friendly and nice, making us breakfast like eggs and pancakes in. And she always had coffee ready for us. We ate breakfast out on the back patio and it was so peaceful!

The location was close enough to the shops in Salem, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle! We were able to walk to and from every location that we were wanting to hit with ease, even the things we were worried would be too far away was a 15 minute walk away. The room itself was amazing! The decor was amazing, and having a private bathroom was definitely a bonus!
The bed was a tad firmer than we preferred, however it was still comfortable.
