nice room
check in was challenging

Room and property were beautifully decorated and sparkling clean! It was the perfect place to come back to and relax after a long day of exploring. Staff were very friendly and easy to get ahold of without getting in the way.
My only wish is that this inn had a common space with more seating. We spent most of our time at the inn in our room, which was beautiful, but there wasn’t really anywhere else you felt you could go if you needed to take a phone call or hang out.

The decor was absolutely stunning, it was incredibly clean and comfortable. Nice and warm. Quiet even though it’s next to the main road we didn’t hear a thing. Wanted to stay longer, would highly recommend. Marley literally went above and beyond to help us during our stay.
I don’t have a bad word to say about this place. Only thing I would recommend is that we could have done with a big mirror in our room.

Everything

Very nice room with everything we needed and close to shops and restaurants. Service was good albeit remote, but very responsive via WhatsApp. Free parking on site was excellent.
Although the room was very nice it is mis- described in the room description which suggests it is a two room suite with a separate bedroom. (See screenshot of description).

It’s close to amenities and it being historical
The bed was terrible and the temp of the room is freezing as well as hearing people above us being loud on the floor and could hardly hear our movie. We barely slept with how uncomfortable the bed and the room not being cozy.

The property is close enough to downtown Salem without getting all the noise and traffic sounds from everything. The aesthetic and no-contact hotel aspect is seamless. The Coach House team has done an excellent job at serving their clients without staff constantly being on site! Our room was cozy and had everything! Noise cancelling sound machine, the comfiest robes, ice bucket, complimentary snacks and coffee, umbrellas, phone chargers, hair dryer, ironing board and iron… everything! I would definitely stay again! There was a bridal party staying there and I thought that was a neat idea how they got ready because it was all so close to each other.
Nothing.

Very clean and comfortable. The cleanest place i have ever stayed. Great location.
Wish the television was bigger and the room had a fridge at no extra cost.

The Coach House is slightly removed from downtown Salem. The posh amenities and decor were fabulous, and certainly made up for two minute drive to downtown Salem/museum area or to wharf for delicious dinner. The communication between concierge & myself regarding access were timely and seem less. There were an abundance of towels and my “tween” niece felt like a Princess between decor & luxe linens etc. I hard ordered the t-shirt as a little bonus “birthday” gift for my young niece.
I struggled to find something I did not like and there is nothing negative!

The Coach house is within walking distance to Old Salem , shopping , as well as the Bay . The room was beautiful, and the property is well maintained . Our concierge Marley , kept in contact with us to make sure our needs were taken care of , or needed anything . If in the Salem area , I highly recommend The Coach House !
There wasn’t anything to dislike here

The Coach House was beautiful and it was a great value.
It would have been nice to have an employee on the premise for security reasons but everything worked out fine for us anyway.

Working with Marley and the Coach House is a dream location for visitors and business men and women working in Salem. Marley will answer any question and the Coach House staff is on top of making sure your stay and visit is worthy of a five star rating.
Having to leave to soon!

Good location, good communication from staff, spotlessly clean and decor felt luxurious.
No breakfast available, but as there are no staff on site I can see why.

Very clean, silent, and comfortable. Bed, sheets and towels of high quality. Liked the decor and I could park in the property. No problems for check in and check out. Great place to visit Salem. Totally recommended.
Nothing to complain

Location was good, we parked on the property. Access was easy and was communicated to us earlier (it is a contact free property) The decor was fantastic and suits the town. The room was very clean. Loved the wireless chargers. Had all the amenities we need.
There is a lot of street noise that can be heard in the room. I would recommend a white noise machine. The bed sloped to the middle.

b and b with no breakfast and nobody there to assist in any manor. they are using Covid as an excuse to do everything virtually. the sink in the bathroom was the size of two hands.
