Poor

Spending a hundred bucks on a smelly basement with no light coming in whatsoever was quite a drag. Our expectation weren’t high at all, but what we faced was a house of horror. staff was nice though.

Price/performans hotel. Good if you just gonna spend the night. 10 min walking distance to metro, they let us leave our stuff when we were at football game.

Not too clean and the best hotel for sure but okay for price/performance. Area is a bit quite and did not make me feel safe

The worst experience with booking at booking. We had a flight cancellation and hat to find an extra night in Milano with late check-in. Nobody in the hotel speaks English. We wrote via booking and got no answer about our reservation. Arrived at 00:00 and were informed (with a friend help on the phone) that there’s no place in the hotel. But they’ll the taxi for us and will give us the number in their ‘better’ hotel in the ‘center’. The hotel tried not to pay for the taxi transfer caused by their fault with overbooking. The hotel is disgusting- very poor and old. Everything is broken : from the shower and the door lock to the electrical outlet. The walls are so poor that you can imagine your neighbours snoring right in your bed. No breakfast.

Cheap price , bed was nice, staff was nice.

The toilet seat was broken. No proper sockets-had to move bedside table to find one. The shower wasn't holding the hot water - kept jumping from hot to cold .. Also, the room smelled of bleach,had to sleep with open windows

Good basic accommodation at affordable rates with staff who at a credit to the establishment.

We got held up and did not arrive until 1:15am. The receptionist could not have been more helpful.

Breakfast was a little basis but it was still good value

Staff was nice!

The room was cold and the heaters did not work. Wi-Fi was a joke—very poor Wi-Fi and would disconnect every five minutes. The walls were molded and hotel was on the side of the street and noisy. Not recommending this place :(.

Friendly staff. The room has been cleaned every day. Absolutely good value for money. Plus is that I'd near to a subway station.

Very good. I recommend.

The stuff is so so friendly. Mattress is very comfortable. I asked to provide for me different types of pillows (2 small and one big) and extra blankets( I sounded like crazy) , but was super exhausted. And they helped me with everything and with their ni e smiles.

Breakfast was not enough..

One of the worst trips.

The bathroom was dirty. From the first day there was a piece of soap behind the bathroom door and remained there until the day we left! Also on the room's floor were hair and dirt and no-one collected it. The exterior space at night reminded scenes of a thriller gone wrong and the terrace was the dirtier place I've seen in my life!

Room was clean and staff were helpful.

We didn't have option for vegetarian breakfast. There was no fan in room and availing Air-Conditioned was paid service.
