The most fabulous location. Delicious evening meal to come back to each night.
Nothing

Las instalaciones excelentes, ubicacion junto al Rio Serrano brindan impresionante vista y perfecta distancia a las Torres y Cuernos, pero queremos resaltar la calidad gastronómica de la Chef, realmente excepcional.
4.3
Location is close to the entrance to the park
The cabins have no wifi.
Very poor quality of food for the prices that they're charging, even when taking into account the price premium for the location.
The Breakfast is basic, with just scrumbled eggs and sausages for hot food, they don't even do sunny side up.
Dinner consists of a soup, a token spoonful sized appetiser, a main course and a small dessert and No drinks (not even mineral water, coffee or tea).
Very poor value for US$220 per person per night.
4.3
The suppers where awesome, each meal tastely prepared.
Breakfast could be more interesting.
4.3
Breakfast and dinners were great.
There was no wifi in the rooms. Only available in the lobby/dinning area.

The location for hotel is very good. But that is the only thing good for this hotel. The hotel offer free dinner. That is only a scam; need a cup of tea, you need to pay $6.00. Ham sandwich for lunch $16.00. The wifi never works. My pre-booked tour changed, I was lost! The tour operator couldn't contact me. This is the worst hotel we ever came across. Anh we travel a lot. If I can rate this hotel zero star, I would. A nightmare!
I wish I booked at different hotel

The hotel has a really nice outdoor area on the river with picnic tables and a beautiful view of the river and the mountains. There are lots of lupines with cows, horses, dogs, and sheep roaming the property.
4.3
the rooms were very clean, beds comfy, and the buffet dinner was delicious! The staff were also very nice, and there’s a nice (distant) view of the massif.
the bathtub didn’t drain, they requested we use the hotel’s shampoo/conditioner but there was none available in our room, the hot tub was in a shed (not what we expected based on pictures). The dinner buffet also felt rushed and crowded, which didn’t exactly feel like the calm, upscale ambiance we hoped for considering the hotel’s price tag.
4.3
The location is perfect at the entry (outside) of the park. The scenery is incredible, on the shore of a lake. Diners are good (often a buffet), the cocktails nice and the staff at the bar very friendly. The cottage are nice, you are in the middle of a farm with caws, horses ... walking front of your window.
The rooms are not very big, a bit simple for that price (the curtains were falling...). Breakfast could have more choice. The wifi (slow) works only in the restaurant building. They have a hot tub, but it was in maintenance.
The main problem we had was payment. The european visa card usually don't work (I tried 4 !). Because they want to charge in USD. At the end the guy charged my debit card in pesos, adding 20% tax, without telling me!!! I was unhappy, he told me to do a swift transfer and that he will cancel my credit card. But it appears they can't cancel or reimburse a debit card, so they reimbursed me ... by swift. It took 2 weeks and I lost 100€ in the exchanges...
Some other place have a paypal account for instance to solve that. Or they could charge in euros (I didn't think about that possibility when there...). Apparently someone with a master card 'credit' have been able to pay. Knowing that in advance, I would have made a swift transfer before (cost 20€ in my bank).

Everything went perfect, Staff was really supportive since our arrival and made us feel really comfortable. The location of this hotel has amazing views, and I would also recommend the "Glaciar Serrano Expedition"
4.3
Great hotel at a great location near the park. Staff was very helpful. The price includes delicious and very generous breakfast and dinner. Amazing views as well.
Nothing comes to mind

Everything was perfect! The hotel is beautiful, cozy and comfortable!
The food is great and the view is unforgettable.
Nice staff too.
Nothing to say.
4.3
The team is great. We received immediate response to every request and question.
Breakfast and dinner were excellent.
1. The location is too far from the parks mail trails. Yet, there are enough trails at the southern part of the park.
2. The bath tab is slippery and dangerous
4.3
great location and service
toilet was plugged, room was hot, food choices for breakfast minimal. on last day just scrambled eggs and white bread. for pescatarian pasta was only option for dinner be night. internet and phone challenges
4.3
The main lodge looked out over the Torres del Paine, with the Serrano river as foreground. Absolutely stunning. There were comfortable chairs and picnic tables on the lawn in front of the lodge, a great place to admire the view. The food at the restaurant was exceptional. Staff were kind and helpful.
Our room was in a building a bit far from the river and so trees obscured the views of the mountains. Our room was overheated. However, these were minor issues that were easily remedied. The hot tub was being serviced which was too bad.
4.3
The hotel is very rustic, and has every basic amenity that you would need and because it’s all inclusive and the food is an excellent value. I would highly recommend this hotel, but if you look for something more on the luxurious side, just walk five minutes over to Rio Serrano.
No safe in room

Hotel Del Paine was one of most magical and amazing places I have stayed at. I really enjoyed amazing views from the property, with each room also having a view of the snowy mountains and landscape. The resort is roughly 30 min away from a ferry which takes you to hikes on the W trek. We were provided meals for breakfast and dinner, which were amazing. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was everything we wanted. I couldn't have ask for a better host.
The hot tub was not working during our stay which would have been nice considering my friends and I were hiking all day and could have used the extra recovery. You definitely need a car to get around if you wanted to stay at this hotel, which worked perfect for us but may not be the best for others.
4.3
Great staying. Warm and cosy. The reception team and all stuff were great and very helpful.
No eggs at the breakfast
4.3
Nice location. Amazing views
We told in advance that we have food restrictions, but the food that was provided didn't meet the restrictions.
It was really hard to register to activities/attractions through them.
Breakfast is really dull.
No tv in the room.
No control of heating/ac in the room.

Stunning views all around!
Very cozy

First of all: the location is amazing. right outside of the Nationalpark at a lake with a great Mountain View.
The room we stayed in was small but very nice and had everything you need including heaters and a hot shower.
The food we got for dinner and breakfast was delicious although I would prefer a little bit more vegetables.
The only thing that bothered us a little was the barking of the dogs in the middle of the night/ in the morning. That’s not quite the hotels fault but still…
4.3
everything
the hot tube didn’t work
4.3
Fab views from the edge of the National Park. Good value for money. great service
need better satellite Wi-Fi for basic things like park registration
4.3
The room was very clean, and we’ll kept throughout the stay. The staff was very helpful, accommodating, and kind (Yvonne is a delight!). Breakfast and dinner were also served very well - different options with restaurant service. The dinners were prepared well and served by each course with fresh ingredients (appetizer, soup, main, dessert) - we were happy to eat there each night! Rent the hot tub for an awesome view!
The rooms were a bit hot at night with the heat, but other than that, had eveything we needed. Would have liked some healthier breakfast options (plain yogurt, whole grain bread, vegetables), but eveything was still good
4.3
The view is spectacular
Overpriced
