Si limpieza y buena ubicación
Solo le falta una alberca o spa

La ubicación es excepcional, todo queda cerca y Paseo de Montejo es muy bonita
Estaría mejor que se incluyera el desayuno en el precio, aunque pagues un poco más

Location was amazing; hotel staff were very kind.

Facility was nice, location is good, Junior Suite room was spacious, the restaurant was very reasonable in price and had good food.
Hotel is adjacent to an abandoned building on the north side and is home to many random dogs who run around and bark ALL NIGHT LONG - impossible to sleep through the night with a room on that side of the hotel. It’s not necessarily the hotel’s responsibility to deal with the dogs, but it affects hotel guests drastically and the windows are not sound-proof in the slightest.

The hotel is beautiful and the bellboy was very good at welcoming us. He also helped us with our luggage the next day.
The wifi was fast and stable.
The bed was very comfortable and the bedsheets were really soft and perfect. The rooms was clean and beautiful. Thank you
The jacuzzi was closed and I was not informed about it. Merida is a hot city and we wanted to enjoy this aspect of the hotel. Most hotels in Merida have pools. It was one of the reasons why we chose this hotel. I feel that I paid too much for not having the jacuzzi.
The food at the restaurant was not good. The pizza was undercooked, mushrooms were straight from the can and not given the time to heat properly. Worst part was that I had a plastic wrap around my cheese in the egg sandwich.

The hotel is located on the far northern end of Paseo Montejo, which is a very nice tree-lined street, very safe both day and night. The room did have a small refrigerator which was nice. The hotel is clean and basic. Room was small, but clean and comfortable. The small restaurant in the lobby was convenient and inexpensive. The staff was very friendly. They could improve the menu and quality of food, and even raise the prices to provide better food. The hotel has a nice rooftop terrace on the top floor. It is about a 30 minute walk to the older part of town by the main cathedral square. The rooms have an a/c unit, but they also have a window that opens for fresh air so that was nice. Housekeeping always did a good job.
Everything was basic but clean. The hallways are huge and are a tile floor, so because of this you can hear every door slam shut or people rolling their suitcases down the hallway. The towels could be newer.
