We had a great 2 nights stay here - the staff are lovely and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and the home cooked food delicious and great value for money. Will definately book in again on any return trips to Poole.

The warm welcome from Lisa and the team at the Queen Mary Inn, combined with some very good value home cooking, incorporating a wide range of pub classics, was a real bonus. We chose the inn for its proximity to the RNLI in Poole - but will definitely return when another opportunity arises. It is small, but very peaceful, despite being adjacent to a very busy road.

The room was warm and comfortable with sound proofing. They offered a good choice of food and our dinner and breakfast were great, we had a happy stay.

Comfy bed. Very clean room. Plenty of towels etc. A tv that worked. Lol.
Pub was ok, but spent most of our time in the old town. I will return again if we go back to Poole. No complaints whatsoever.

Spacious, clean room.
The bathroom is a bit tired, although everything works and it was clean.

Very comfy kingsize bed in a good sized room, had the tastiest cooked breakfast we've had in ages on both mornings, room clean, very friendly staff with a nice pub and a suntrap beer garden.

Staff friendly, bed comfortable and a good size, good breakfast at good price, good beer.Handy location. Can't comment on quality of meals as ate out, but low prices.
just enough room around bed, TV on top of wardrobe a little unusual, but made best use of size of room. Would have helped to be told on check in that you needed to run hot tap in sink to make shower work.

The staff were excellent. My ferry was delayed and someone stayed behind after 11 to let me in and show me to my room.

Location good. Staff very friendly and helpful.
The shower wasn't working due to water pressure problems. The sink tap needed to be put on at the same time. Room was dated in appearance. Thought it was worth £40 per night and not £81 which did not include breakfast.

The landlady Lisa was very friendly and chatty, the breakfast was excellent, the evening food great value for money, tasty and filling. Having its own heating was very useful and the room was well laid out and well furnished. Finding it was easy, having its own traffic lights made it simple to get out of the car park. Great location, easy walk into town and down to the quay. We'd definitely stay here again! Thank you for the lovely stay!
A few noisy motorbikes came past quite late, but that wasn't the pub's fault. The back gate was a little sticky to open and shut. Can't think of anything else.

Location was okay for our needs, friendly staff. Breakfast was okay.
At £180 per night it was massively overpriced.

The room was a lovely large room with plenty of space and with an on suite shower. We had an evening meal which was lovely. Poole was only a short walking distance away.
If we were in the are again we would definitely stay.

Close to quay, restaurants, pubs and shops. Friendly proprietor who personally cooks the breakfast and offers local knowledge. Parking on site.
Shower could be updated.
