We loved our stay. The place has an excellent location, just about 10 min from the airport. It’s located in beautiful countryside with its own peaceful and welcoming vibe. We felt very relaxed staying at the property, we also used the swimming pool and restaurant. It’s very family friendly with little playground for kids. The restaurant is amazing and all people working there are making the place even more special. Plus the big parking lot makes everything easy. We highly recommend this place!
The only thing we didn’t like was that it was super hot and there was not AC in the rooms but we knew that beforehand.

The surroundings are very pleasant and the whole building including the garden are nice too look at and be in.
The atmosphere is rather posh and you can sense it's more of a business than loving what they do. Staff often times didn't see empty glasses. The stone floor in our room was covered with small stones from gravel of the street. The room we got was much smaller (about 16 square feet including a very tiny bath and entrance space) than was booked (30 square feet) and didn't offer a TV even though it was advertised as being included.
The food was not what we would expect being rather expensive. The steak tartar (raw meat) was very gristly and seemed to be of a rather low quality - especially for the price asked.
The worst thing though was that they double blocked the amount we had to pay for the nights PLUS what we had for dinner the first evening (why should you ever include that?) even though we paid the whole amount on the day of our arrival.
What followed was and still is a struggle with our bank and the property management both claiming it to be the fault of the other. While our bank claims the property owners need to remove a box in their accounting system (which sounds very reasonable), the property owners keep telling us it's our banks' fault. We can't see the point of our bank blocking money we already paid and feel that the property management either doesn't know how to solve the problem and doesn't want to admit it or they don't know what they are doing.
Either way: this goes on now for almost two weeks and ruined not only the stay but also the next weeks of our trip in which we constantly have to see how to unblock the amount.
This accommodation was by far the most expensive one on our weeks long trip through the Czech Republic and Slovakia, but not worth the money they are asking for. They want to be something they are not and try to compensate that by having renovated and old building in a nice style and being near to Praha.
