The girls at breakfast time were great, the manager was the most ignorant person I’ve ever met.

Very good

Was clean in the rooms I booked was well presented. Had a beautiful sea view, breakfast was excellent could help yourself to whatever you wanted.

Shower was abit small didn't have anywhere to put shampoo or soap.

Nice little room.. Great Seaview,, breakfast staff were very friendly. Breakfast was ok

Owner could have been friendlier, lack of personal touch, no conversation, only saw him when he past us an envelope with a key in..

pictures on booking. com don’t show the room bathroom in room was a very small room / shower , no water pressure (stop/start showering) tried a few times to contact- now the stay is over don’t want to know !!!!!

A view from the window was the seafront. Clean room, plenty of tea, coffee, milk, sugars etc. Friendly staff

When we 1st arrived I had requested check-in between 13.00-14.00. But the person on the desk said that is only an advisory, but as I couldn't find the email to confirm this I couldn't reason with him, he was quite confrontational at that time. Found the email later, but decided to say nothing

We had an absolutely brilliant weekend

Both the Breakfast and evening meals were excellentLlocation to Pier and shops very good and the sea view from our room was brilliant.Thankyou so much to all the staff

Great hotel virtually on the sea front. Lovely sea view from the room, definitely worth a stay.

Room furniture was a little cheap,beds could do with an upgrade,but comfy and clean.

Not as same as the picture

The location is great, near the sea.

1. The sound insulation of the room is really bad. 2. The bathroom is small and the bathroom door can not be opened completely. 3. Always be noisy in the morning for room 106. 4. Water kettle is dirty however we change from the staff. The whole room is not as same as the picture we saw on booking. I do not think it is good value for the price.

Enjoyed our stay overall and would recommend and stay again.

The breakfast was excellent value for money and was plentiful. The location was fantastic, opposite the pier/beach.

The room was adequate albeit a bit on the small side and the bathroom was tiny, but having said that was excellent value for money.

Could not get too sleep until the massive floodlight which was shining through my window was turned off, went down and spoke to someone who tried his best to turn it off but was on a timer. It was actually like going to sleep with the light on in your room even with curtains fully shut and towels up too! Such a shame as everything else was perfect, but would not return on that basis unfortunately.

Good hotel on the sea front

A lovely hotel on the sea front. Good size family room. Great breakfast.

Room was a little cold on arrival, but was ok once we turned the radiator up.

Excellent short break, good value for money, would definitely stay again.

Very friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was excellent with a good choice, location was very good, room was overlooking the promenade, lovely view in the morning.

Only one criticism was the drafty windows, could do with upgrading.

Relaxing, enjoyable and perfect location.

Breakfast was lovely, a good variety, food was hot and I liked that it was a buffet. The staff were polite, helpful and made sure everyone had what they needed. Location was perfect, and the sea view was just lovely. The lounge area was very comfortable, we spent a good part of each evening chilling and having a drink with the lovely views.
