Great Staff & Lovely Food

Great value for money, friendly staff, good location for access to the region. Nice sized room, nice big breakfast included in the room rate!
The carpets in the room have probably reached the end of their life cycle.

Overall it was great value for money and we will definitely be back.

Lovely overnight stay for us 2 adults 2 children, room was big with plenty of room and large beds too, pizza from the wood fired oven, and the breakfast tasty and the staff really friendly

welcoming staff, seem family orientated. take the effort to help with anything you need.
place had a pub downstairs, lovely surroundings and an outdoor area to sit which is not advertised on her.
breakfast was a resounding success too
nothing. we came in the middle of a heatwave there were fans in the room, sufficient teas, coffees, towels, biscuits.
checked in late, offered to order takeaway (post 10pm).!

The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful.
The location for alton towers was perfect and travelling there in the morning missed the main traffic coming from the South.
The traffic on the passing road.

The staff were helpful and friendly. the breakfast was excellent.
No fault of the premises but it is on a busy, noisy, road. 30 mph but traffic 'roars' past at night.

Booked a room for 5 and the room was only for 4 so had to use a sofa bed which wasn't very comfortable however the staff went out of thier way to donwhat they could for us
The rooms are a bit tiered and run down and benefit from redecoration

The location is great for Alton Towers. Spacious, clean, comfortable room . We picked two double beds,. TV worked no problem, lots of toiletries, towels coffee table with some sweets. There is small car park for the guests. Nice area outside unfortunately never used as the weather wasn't great but during summer time should be amazing!
There were no cupboards in the room, not enought place to hang the clothes.
The staff at the bar too slow, maybe not enought experience, very young staff. Been waiting for water and juice for a while.
Quite loud during late hours as pub under the room.

Well situated for Alton Towers. Comfy beds. The breakfast was lovely, and the lady in the morning was very helpful.
Couldn't watch TV due to poor signal! But we used our phones instead.

Having a view of the garden and seeing the lights on at night was really nice. When you come in through the door you have a lovely sized bathroom on your left and steps to go down (which we liked) to where the beds/sofa and table are. The room had plenty of character. Loved the beams and different shapes on the ceiling. The beds were comfortable, we all slept well and the room was a lovely size. The staff were amazing and the food was nice. We would like to thank them for a lovely memorable stay.
The plug sockets were near the floor behind the beds, so being able to use our phones while on charge was difficult.
