The location is ideal for walks and amazing views. The farm has chickens and ducks and nearby there are pigs which love to be fed the apples from the orchard! It is a relaxing and beautiful place to stay. Wells is a fantastic place to visit and has some great places to eat as well as the local Inn. The cottage is very well equipped and comfortable with lovely decor.

Peaceful, quiet location.
Having to leave!

Quirky little barn conversation, which was spotlessly clean, and in a good location to exploring the surrounding mendip hills. Great shower. Lovely and warm throughout the say, as the weather was freezing. Friendly welcome from neighbours and host.
The tv is smaller than a general size monitor making it hard to watch from any distance away.
The master bed was very, very noisy when you turned over or moved in any way, which disturbed sleep regularly throughout the night, and others in the second bedroom.
The gas hob requires some attention as main burner was not able to light.

The peace and quiet, friendliness of all the people we met. We enjoyed the cider making met some very nice people. We Went to the Westbury Inn on the main road just before the turn off to the Threshing Barn . Well what can I say excellent food, beer excellent. The Landlord and his wife very helpful and friendly ,we really enjoyed food and the atmosphere. nice to be in a proper pub not many around now. if its not to your liking. and you want to go elsewhere I would drive into Wells. We turned right and went to Chedder not impressed cannot go wrong with the Westbury Inn. We are thinking of returning next year. Handy for Nat/Trust
all ok

The property had all the facilities we required with a comfortable bed. Good location Enjoyed seeing some of the animals on the farm.

Size of property, location, village shop, local pub which you could walk to which did good food, and proximity to Wells
Happy to consider this as a 3 star property but it was not clean/updated enough to be 4 star as the place was starting to look a little tired which was the main reason we were disappointed with the property but otherwise all was fine

Lovely barn conversion, clean and cosy very comfortable. Quiet location but close to Glastonbury, Wells, Cheddar and Wookey Hole.
A great little pub in walking distance with delicious food. The hosts were lovely and the ducks were entertaining. We would definately go back.
Nothing to dislike.

Open plan,upside down layout.
Clean utensils and facilities. Safe stairs.
Stained pillow. Lack of lighting. Shower hose that flopped over.

Great location and reasonably priced
Lots of cobwebs in the main room and shower past it beat so looked dirty. Rugs in bedroom stained and when we changed the duvet cover at the end of our stay we found the duvet was stained! Not nice

It's a hidden gem, for sure. It's so quiet and peaceful. The owners are so lovely too, constantly checking to make sure we are okay and recommending local areas for us to visit. I cant wait to go back!
Nothing. It was perfect.

Great place to stay, google maps is wrong tho, you need to turn UP the hill by the monument, approx 1/4 mile up on the right , look for white farmhouse.

Location was great near Wells and Mendips. The Cottage is well equipped and kept nicely.
The wifi internet was barely usable with extremely poor signal. The location on booking.com was wrong by about 800 metres and led us to the wrong side of the village.
