The bed is dirty ! There is blood stain on the bed sheet and the blanket inside wardrobes! So they didn’t change the bedding between customer ! I stay for three nights and no one clear the room throughout my stay also . No proper pillow provide those are cushion no real pillow . There are flea on bed I got many bites after the night sleep. Is terrible indeed !

I like the cleaning of the room very accessible and near city centre as well and near the wine museum especially .
I wish we had better knives to cut things while cooking at home so sharp knives for those who wanna cook at apartment .

Bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent for hopping onto the team into Bordeaux, 15 minutes away.
No A/C which we knew in advance. The fan however worked well and we slept like babies!

everything was very nice
it was very hot in the room (not sure why).

Easily accessible for sight seeing around Bordeaux and environs. Plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance.
On our last night there was an extraordinarily loud drum and bass event on the site next to our room. Even windows closed and earplugs in didn’t block it out. Thankfully it finished at midnight, but no-one had warned us about it.
This after discovering our keycards didn’t work one night after we returned from dinner. Reception closed and night auditor didn’t speak English. But we were able to sort it out eventually.

The location is great, very close to the beach. The room with the sea view was spacious and beautiful.
When I came at 16:00, the reception was closed and I couldn't get into my room at all. The staff was not speaking English. We spent a lot of time trying to figure out what to do. It turned out that I was sent a mail with the instruction how to get the key, but all the mail was in French, and the information about the key was at the bottom, after the information about the breakfast. How was I supposed to see it? So I think the receptionist (and management) really didn't care about the guests.

comfortable bed, spacious room with a reasonably equipped kitchenette. Modern building and very clean. It is very close to a Tram stop and takes under 20 minutes to get to the city centre.

Good location. decent place to just sleep and spend most day outside.
Both rooms smelled uncomfortably bad the first night. We were considering changing hotels but the smell went away (or we got used to it).
We asked the cleaning staff for a broom and pick up, but only got a broom. We were not aware that there was no cleaning service during our stay so we just moved what we swept outside since the hallway was being cleaned.

The studio is ideally placed, near the Cité du Vin and between two tram stops. The member of staff who checked us in was incredibly friendly and allowed us to check in early. The room was comfortable and they provided extra pillows as requested in advance. It was also very clean.
The WiFi doesn't work. A property really shouldn't say it offers WiFi if it is non-functional. In this case, each room is assigned a WiFi network and password. However, it drops out literally every 30 seconds or so and is therefore completely unusable.

Breakfast was nice, unfortunately no gluten free options (I'm gluten intolerant). :(
Pleasant and helpful personnel. Clean. Interesting area. I would return there. :)
WiFi could've worked better
I could hear the music from a venue nearby, but I actually enjoy that type of music, so it was ok for me and the music stopped around 1am.
I'd recommend offering earplugs for guests, just in case. :)

Conveniently located for the tram. We stayed for 1 night after seeing family in Bordeaux as we had to make a relatively early start. Although the bed was a sofa bed - it was very comfortable and the desk and bedside lamps were well placed around the room. Storage was well thought out - if basic - and judging from the notices around the building from "Study-o" we felt this usually is a student apartment. Decor was clean and spartan; bath and bed linen were clean and fresh. Lady on reception was very pleasant. It was also a North facing room - so pleasantly cool after ambient temperatures of 35 Centigrade!
It's very close to the maritime museum which we had visited the previous day The facilities in the surrounding area are being developed - the nearest express grocery shop - a Carrefour - was a little far away and we didn't spot any external cafe nearby until we were leaving in the morning. There are bars around the Halles de Bacalan, but although we found one on the Sunday which might have done breakfast, its service hours weren't early enough for us on Tuesday morning. Also close on the map are the Bassins à flot - son et lumière - however, that's tricky to reach on foot, although we don't mind walking and do lots of it generally! Also very close to the Cité du Vin and for the passenger ferry- great views and it's part of the city transport network. There's a quirky rusty art park very close by - worth a wander through.
It's an apparthotel which was OK for us as it gave us the option of preparing our own breakfast. However, we would have found the following helpful- a second dessert spoon (so we could eat muesli together for breakfast!); washing up liquid as the best we were able to do was rinse the dishes and a small bar of soap in the bathroom for hand washing (shower liquid/shampoo was provided). Towels were adequate and although we didn't need it, there was a duvet provided in the wardrobe area.

the size of the room was reasonable, beds were narrow and too firm
it was good to have a small fridge
parking was complex with needing to park away from the hotel and only access over the road with our luggage
the room was hot and had NO air-condition while it was high 38C.
the location was away from restaurants and any small shops

Weather is hot

The room was a good size. There was a large double bed which was very comfortable. It was very practical having a small kitchen with a fridge, a microwave and hot water kettle to prepare light meals. The off street secure car parking lot was a big bonus for us.
There is no air con in the room, only a large fan which did keep us cool but we had to keep in on all night. It made a lot of noise and woke me up a number of times during the night. Also the pillows were very thick which we both found uncomfortable.

Location with very easy access by tram to all sites. Locked secure car parking for a fee.
All good, a full size mirror would be nice

Staff very friendly and helpful, the family room is big and well equipped. The property is well maintained. Easy access to parking.
Room had a bit of a smell from time to time, like bad drainage. It wasn't all the time but noticeable from time to time during the 3 night stay. Children's cots don't have real mattresses which make them a bit uncomfortable.

Very nice and friendly front desk staff! It's not a Hilton but a great economical place very near the city centre if you travel with a dog... and also without a tutu! :) The Tram stop is just there and next door you have Cite du Vin... one of the best museums in France! We could park our MC just in front of the door! :) ... and yes, very ok breakfast for its price!

Great location for various tourist attractions, restaurants and bars and the tram. Clean spacious room.
There was no air conditioning and the room was noisy with the windows open. 10am checkout was early.

All my Trips in Bordeaux was great besides this hotel. I booked it because it had a good rating in Booking, but if i had read all the reviews here in google, there is no way i had booked it. This what happened, the first of all: Service Personal was very unfriendly, but whatever, we are here for holiday, so no big deal, then when we reached the room, their comes immediately such a weird smell from the bathroom, smells like someone just did a big one there 5 mins before. And then you found out a broke bricks in the bathroom, which almost hurt my feet, and then you want washing your hands after all of this, well, there is no Soap, there is no small towel, nothing! You need washing your hands in living room! Sk we bought ourself a soap and an air spray to get off the bad smell. After the Dinner we went back to hotel to sleep, found out both of lights near the bed has no lamp inside, they just standing
there for decoration!? What a joke? And there is no Air conditioning in the apartment as well, only a old broken Fan, Can’t moving it is head anymore…We was quite disappointed and since we are not stay all day long in hotel, we want just ignore all this bad experience and then here comes the highlights, during all the 5 nights in this hotel, we got once room service to clean the room and refill the Bath shampoo etc. Only Once!!!!!! We ran out of the toilet paper at the last night, so we need buy ourself the toilet paper!! To be Honestly, for this service, i would like gave them zero star. I will never ever booking this hotel brand in any city, Such a disgrace! Oh PS: Do not booking the breakfast, very very bad, and the caffe machine was broken as well. If you want espresso , you will
got Water in black color.
