A beautifully renovated family home. It was built in the 1890s, and is in a gorgeous part of London. Dulwich is one of the best parts of the city and the house is located 3 minutes from Dulwich Park, which is one of the best maintained and attractive parks you can find in London.
This is a fantastic family home spanning 2500sq ft of living space can accommodate seven people easily, but could do more if needed. The house is fully equipped for preschoolers, with high chairs, changing areas and toys.
About our home
Our home is a beautifully renovated family home. It was built in the 1890s, and is in a gorgeous part of London. Dulwich is like a town within the city, and the house is 3 minutes from Dulwich Park, which is one of the best maintained and attractive parks you can find in London.
This is a fantastic family home spanning 2500sq ft of living space. It can accommodate seven people easily, but could do more if needed. The house is fully equipped for preschoolers, with high chairs, changing areas and toys.
Garden level:
Garden: 100ft long garden with large lawn, climbing frame, swings and slide, large decking area with excellent Weber BBQ and garden furniture.
Utility: on garden level with door opening onto the decking, washing machine and separate drier, skin and boiler.
Lower Ground Floor:
Kitchen & family room: double door opens onto upper decking, underfloor heating, range oven, butlers sink, double fridge freezer.
Ground Floor:
Living rooms: double aspect room with huge Harris tweed furniture, working fireplaces, Sky tv, oak flooring, chandeliers.
Play room: fun space opening up from the second living area as a great sunny spot for kids.
Study: beautifully decorated sunny room with large desk and original fireplace.
Mezzanine level
Family Bathroom: huge room with underfloor heating, slate tiles, double Art Deco marble sink, roll top bath and sunflower head shower.
First floor:
Bedroom 1: overlooking garden with children's beds and toys.
Bedroom 2: stunning Vietnamese headboard over king size double bed, fitted wardrobes.
Bedroom 3: a bright room, good for a child.
Second floor:
Bedroom 4: this is a beautiful room with extensive space and a king size double bed. Views towards Crystal Palace.
Shower room: white shower suite
