Working condition of toilet and, toiletry for the family 0f 4 should be a good stay

Living area and kitchen was nice and good

Bathroom No tissue, washbasin in toilet not working , no bath math, no towel for bath for a family of 4, shower water was no pumping out water.

Everything. Family room stunk of smoke, eventually moved into 2 other rooms so we were separated. Both were disgusting rooms, toilet brush left on the toilet basin full of crap still. Clearly rarely cleaned. Rooms full of people that look like they are on drugs or if not look like they don’t want to be there. The hallways stink of weed all the time. Luckily we were able to find a hotel round the corner and get a full refund. Staff were apologetic, manager wasn’t really bothered either way! Will not return

Room was small but clean, 15 minutes walk to the town centre.

Was on the third floor and lift not working, was very noisy at night, when people coming back from nightclubs

manager very helpful would probably stay again but not with family just for football

the property was in the right location big family room,

no quilt for double bed but the manager sorted straight away, was quite cold, small heater. and the parking is £10 would of thought parking for customers was free.

Disappointing

The bed was ok

They only informed us that there was only breakfast available in the summer. The carpark was dirty with rubbish and when we left there was spit on my girlfriend's car and 2 biscuits too. We stayed there for 3 nights but the cleaning only got completed once and that was around an inappropriate time of 6pm. Otherwise we didn't get any cleaning for our room. For a 3 nights stay we should have our room cleansed, bedding replaced and fresh towels every single morning. There were no wine glasses available when we requested them.

Below average hotel in a great location

Location was great

We arrived about 2:30pm to check in and room was not ready. Staff member apologised and invited us to the bar area for a complimentary drink to which never happened and no one ever came. We was given the room key about 30 minutes later by the cleaner who just handed us the key and walked off and didn't even say anything. Beds were totally nackered with springs being felt through the mattress and room was unbearably hot.
