One night stay

The food quality was excellent and there was a lot of choice. Toiletries in bathroom were really good. Impressed by body lotion and conditioner. Staff very helpful and polite. The chef cooked a lovely evening meal from the bar menu.

Great place, great location but please look at access from car park to the hotel

Great size rooms, great shower and wonderful selection for breakfast

The access from the car park isn’t easy especially if you are disabled or injured

Hotel modern, clean and welcoming staff. Rooms and bathrooms well equipped and clean. Beds comfortable, air conditioning very good.

Breakfast, no hot plated and hot food most days only warm, not hot.

Hotel and room good clean But I was shocked to find out I had to pay another £27 for parking I think hotel customers need more of a subsidy

Secure parking Friendly and efficient staff Modern clean room Excellent breakfast choice with the nicest coffee I have ever had in a hotel in fact better than most coffee shops.

The space saving wardrobe door that doubles as a bathroom door. If someone is using the wardrobe and the other guest comes out of the bathroom in a hurry it would be easy to get hit by the door. Not the most comfortable of mattresses.

Lovely hotel, but overpriced if you just want a place for the night and a night in.

Convenient for BIC. Just what we needed as I have a bad back and can’t walk far at the moment. Breakfast was awesome. Everything you could wish for - beautifully cooked.

Just a couple of flies in the ointment really. There were no smart tv’s in any rooms. We arrived late and tired. Just wanted to chill ant watch Netflix before a busy day Sunday. No possible. Just 5 tv channels! Wimbledon, bbc4, news, CBeebies and cbbc! Also no bath. So couldn’t soak my back. 😒. Could have coped with just a shower if I had a decent film to watch 😜 (bathroom could have been cleaner - dirty grout and pink mould around the bottom of the screen)

Disappointing overall for the cost.

Modern facilities with good ambiance.

The room had issues. Only one draw per person for a weeks stay is inadequate. The sink tap was very loose but was rectified when reported. The sink was cracked. There was no electrical point for shavers or electric toothbrush etc The shower support rail did not work properly. The hotel was on a sharp incline which we found challenging when returning at the end of the day.

Disappointing and not up to the standards I have grown to expect from Hilton

Extremely clean, easy check in/out. Quiet

Breakfast was a waste of time as the kitchen were unable to cope with the amount of guests wanting a cooked breakfast. We were directed to wait but there was not enough cooked food coming out quickly enough to cater for everyone . We were at breakfast for over an hour and had a yogurt and toast!

A very enjoyable and comfortable experience

The modern, clean and well fitted out rooms. The very friendly staff and the wonderful breakfast. Everything that you expect from a hotel was found in the Hampton-Hilton at Bournemouth.

A pleasant stay with nice friendly staff

Liked the room from point of view of size, comfort of bed, quietness. The closeness to town, although my friend found the hill a bit of a challenge!

Felt the need of another grab rail in the bathroom nearer the exit end. Thought the breakfasts were a bit ordinary, considering how much we paid.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Personal sehr nett. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer, Lobby und Frühstückbereich ist voll ausreichend. Wir würden wieder dieses Hotel wählen.

Wir waren zu dritt im Zimmer mit Ausziehsofa, da hatt es Koffern nicht mehr wirklich viel Platz.

We had a great time in Bournemouth and visited the nearby Tank Museum.

A very fresh hotel at a good location with great breakfast.

The nearby restaurants close quite early, first evening we had to eat fastfood because everything closed at 10 PM.

Lovely stay quiet and peaceful.

The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean, breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The location was perfect few minutes walk to the beach and town centre. Definitely would stay there again and would recommend to everyone.
