All the staff were friendly and helpful, the food was excellent, but I would have preferred to eat my meal in the restaurant and not in the pub.
Eating my meal in the pub.

Leisure facilities was brilliant. All staff great too
Parking, it’s a little tricky and extra cost. But still fair value street price

Lovely breakfast

Lovely hotel, great breakfast! Lovely bar area! Good location too!
We weren’t aware they had swimming lessons in the weekdays in the afternoon/evenings so didn’t feel like we could go for a swim in those times, hotel room shower didn’t have great pressure.

The staff was very overwhelming. I had a very good time there and for sure I will be back
To stay only in a short period of time

Location was quite good & it was good to be able to use the facilities of the sister hotels which were far more aesthetically appealing.
Carpets were grubby, walls were & doors looked unclean & were scuffed with dark marks or scratches. Bedding didn’t look clean & also needed to wipe door handles etc as looked & felt unclean. No long length mirrors & no pleasant views with a family sized room. Lots of banging doors & loud & uncouth language used by males & females plus stomping along the corridor during the early hours of the morning preventing sleep & feeling unsafe. Left £200 prescription reading glasses in hotel room & apparently was not handed into lost property. Surprise surprise.

Hotel is situated close to the seaside- but be aware that hotel is on the cliff (closest beach is 800 metres).
Very friendly staff
Dinner - 3 courses, it was possible to taste typical english couisine (bread puddig etc)
Swiming pool and sauna -lady's changing rooms were under reconstruction so it was necessary to share one changing room with men (and unfortunately some men didn't know about sharing space together).
Breakfest - every day the same offer, no fruit and vegetables
The hotel facilities were shabby.

Check in was swift with the additional payment for car parking which i think is unnecessary given the amount of parking available there is no need to charge. the staff were friendly and the bar and fact you can use the neighbouring hotel is a bonus
This is a typical seafront hotel. the overall appearance of the hotel, its roms and facilities is very tired. the cost per rom is expensive for the sate of the rooms, the matresses need replacing and the flat screen TV is smaller than a computer monitor. It is a rabbit warren of a layout but this is typical of a hotel of this period.

We LOVE the location, breakfast, staff, pool. Walking distance from train/bus station, beach, restaurants, shops. Perfect for family seaside trip.
Nothing.

The bedroom was very clean and well presented. The Seaview was wonderful (from one window)
The swimming pool was lovely
Staff were very welcoming and helpful
One window pane in our room was blown and needs replacing
The reception, bar and general area downstairs needs updating

The staff was super lovely. Location is superb.
We were told that our room would be ready in 15min, which took them an hour.
I've requested a room close by the lift but not next to it as these are generally busy - I was allocated in the room next to the lift.
We've paid 24GBP for 2 nights of car parking (because we've booked through Booking.com) and didn't manage to park our car in the hotel once, because there were not enough spaces. The breakfast wasn't great.

Nothing....will love to stay on my next visit to Bournemouth

Location
Pool was cold and hair all over the floor. Only one shower with no curtain/privacy. Toilet in room didn’t flush sometimes. The pole that shower head was on kept breaking. Food In restaurant was awful, inedible. View from room overlooked construction work that should’ve been finished, to change rooms would’ve cost an extra £90 for two nights.
