Great

Property was clean, shower was great. Super convenient location. Staff was very proffessional and helpful. Close to good restaurants. Room was comfortable. I would stay here again and would recommend it.

One night, late date booking.

We had a last minute booking for one night with not a lot of availability. I typically only book 9.0+ rated rooms. For the price point, I was very happy with the room.

Breakfast was plentiful but very average.

not flexible, tired rooms, average breakfast , don’t look under beds ( dust fest). Chanel perfume went ‘missing’ from my room. reported to reception staff, totally not bothered.

Very pleasant stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent location. Spacious room for a family of three.

The breakfast is quite boring. You can just forget about it.

Very decent hotel in an excellent location

very nice location, very pleasant staff. As it is a rare fact, worth to point that the shower was very modern and functional. The bed was comfy as well.

The third floor is not easily accessible as the lift only goes to the 2nd. The breakfast bread was totally dry.

Location is good but hard to arrive with taxi

Dirty, impolite, badly groomed reception man Bed cover is dirty, probably never been washed Double bed is not a double bed, two singles attached so you fall in a hole in the middle The warm part of breakfast is cold

Friendly and comfortable hotel in a great location

Great location close to the main tourist sites. Room was spotless, good size (we stayed in a triple) and easy to access with luggage Reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, including great coffee served at your table

Exceptional

Great location in the heart of the old town. For those who like to see the city on foot. All major attractions are within 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. Close to shops, restaurants, parks and old streets. Silence day and night. Very quiet and comfortable hotel. Very helpful staff and very tasty breakfast with local flair. Highly recommended for vacation.

Felt like a Disney Princess.very central and charming🥰

The room was so charming😍very clean,nice furniture and warm light.The view was the cherry on top. crew is very warm welcoming.You reach all good spots in boloni in less than 5 minutes.I will definately come back.Felt like a princess🥰all perfect.

Very good

A lovely hotel in the centre of the town with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious with a great bathroom. The room was spotless with a comfortable bed. A huge range of food was available at the buffet breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others

Great location

Great location for anyone wanting to stay in the old city. Very close to twin towers, walking distance to markets. Staff were very helpful with suggestions on where to go or where to eat.

Breakfast, this was the worst run hotel breakfast that we have been at. Scrambled eggs and bacon (if any) cold. Both times that we had the breakfast there was either no bacon, cold meat and cheese’s slim to no croissants but always there were staff around looking into the empty containers then closing the lids walking away but coming back in 4to 5 minute intervals lifting the lid again and checking if by miracle that it was full again. Most funny to watch.

Great location. Just what we wanted.

A fabulous location in the city centre but quiet. The reception staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was comfortable and the shower was good. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice and coffee wasn’t from a machine as in many buffet breakfasts.

The breakfast staff were polite but not all very friendly.

Modern stay in historic city!

Very modern and comfortable with fabulous shower. Quiet location off of Main Street close to everything. Breakfast was an excellent Italian treat! Would def stay again

The staff was helpful and courteous when asked but not extremely friendly overall.

Good base in Bologna

Excellent location, 15 minutes walk from the train station and accessible for exploring Bologna. Price was reasonable. The room seemed to be one of the more newly refurbished ones.

The room was a little small and we couldn't turn the air con down below 20c, it was a bit stuffy. Breakfast was a bit basic, lots of packaged food. They charged for the water left in the mini bar in the room which most other places now don't seem too. Not expensive, just annoying.
