Beautiful and tranquil property. Somewhere to relax away from the busy streets.
Room was spacious.
Windows in the bathroom are floor to ceiling which let a lot of light in but we had to keep the blinds down otherwise next door will be able to see in.

Utrolig fint hotel.

The staff was very helpful and kind!
The breakfast was tasty.
When we checked in, the pool in our villa was dirty with leaves and big worms apparently from the tree above the pool. We talked with the reception and they sended someone to clean but it's happened again after an hour and we didn't wanted to mess with it again and again during our honeymoon so we finally didn't use the pool.
In addition, one of the windows of the villa next door looks directly at the pool, so there is really no privacy.
The water in the shower wasn't hot and the flow was very weak.
It seems that the hotel has a lot of potential but the execution is not good enough according to the price.

Loved the 2 bedroom "Pablo" pool villa. Loved the kitchen. Loved the pool.
I thought the breakfast options are quite limited

The rooms look nice, nice view from the pool
The water from the faucet was terrible - smelt metallic and felt bad on the skin. There is no privacy, rooms are facing each other. The main gate to our room wouldn’t close properly. There is no buffet for breakfast so the options are limited.

Excellent place to stay on a nice quiet part of the beach.
Comfortable and exceptionally clean room. Good facilities. Private pool well maintained. Nice added touch of providing mosquito spray in the room.
Staff were friendly and helpful including restaurant, reception, cleaning and gardening staff.
Breakfast was tasty - set breakfast a la carte. If you were staying for more than a few days this may get monotonous. Didn’t eat in the restaurant for any other meals so cannot comment.
Pool area well maintained. Sun lounges also available on the beach.
Location was good - about a 15-20 walk into Fisherman’s Village. Other restaurants and cafes located a short walk away. Convenience store also close by.
Upon check out they will kindly look after bags and offer shower facilities when coming back later.
No complaint. A couple of small things to note- the property is located off a side road where there is a vacant block with lots of rubbish and building site which is a little misleading however, once at the property it is absolutely lovely. Personally I wouldn’t want to walk down this road by myself at night, it was quite dark.
Stayed on a two story villa which had a small kitchenette and toilet downstairs however there was no sink on this flood which was a little inconvenient.

This place really exceeded our expectations! The room is amazing and perfectly designed, the place was extremely peaceful and quiet, the breakfast was extraordinary! Especially the chia pudding 😍 This is a true boutique resort! We will definitely recommend this one !

Not too big, friendly, staff great.
We stopped in a duplex and only had air conditioning upstairs. The pool in our villa was really a plunge pool. We had no outside furniture when other villas did. The quality of doors to connecting villas were very poor and you could hear your neighbours using the loo. The pool deck area was great but the parasols are to small for the sun beds. The pool music was monotonous and the same every day morning until night, the restaurant menu never changed which was a shame as the food was good.

It was clean and tidy, the staff were really attentive and helpful. The resort is relaxed and peaceful perfect couples retreat
That we only decided to stay for two nights.

It was delicious, varied and abundant.
The access (road) to the hotel is full of rubbish. It demerits the first impression in my opinion.

Villa was lovely

Very spacious room with amazing private pool. Also, the hotel is very private and the food is tasty but expensive.
There are several tables overlooking the beach which were “reserved” by the staff for bigger groups / families even though there were no families. The staff was not comfortable with giving us a table with nice view even though every time the tables were empty all night!!

Beautiful, beautiful hotel, excellent staff, pool area is great and loved that we were able to use the free paddle boards. Love that they offered free yoga too, Shanon was amazing. If we were there longer, we would have loved to use the spa. Staff were so accommodating in organising taxis/ferry’s for us.
Breakfast was also really nice to the traditional breakfast buffets you expect with lots of healthy options to choose from.
It was nice to be able to walk into fisherman’s village via the beach also. Probably took around 25 mins.
Only very minor, but there was a locked door in our room which late at night (past 10pm) voices would appear which was quite loud and uneasy. The water never got hot either so it was impossible to make use of the beautiful bath. On our last morning there was a powercut which meant no electricity, Wi-Fi or running water - the staff handled it very well and was resolved as quickly as possible.

very large, comfortable, cozy, very tastefully decorated rooms. a small hotel so you don t get the crowd. i had the best crème brûlée ever and their chicken with cashew nuts was so god that i had it every day
i am in Thailand to also enjoy Thai food. a great pity the Thai section of the menu was so limited. would have at least liked to have a fried rice or some veggies options

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are large and spacious, very clean and quiet. Great if you want to experience a luxurious style for a fair price. The location is pretty decent, just a short walk to Fisherman's Village.
The staff were all very nice and welcoming, the pool area and the private beach are both amazing.
Breakfast is just ok.
- No room service unless you book a Villa
- Front desk is not available after 11 PM
- Low water pressure in the shower, faucets were leaking in the sinks.
- The mini fridge didn't cool well at all, they replaced it for us but it was still the same.
- We were disappointed with the resort allowing children, such a boutique hotel which is mainly targeting couples should be adults only.
- We were asked to pay Corkage for wanting to drink our own alcohol in the pool.

Nice rooms, very comfortable and stylish decor. Beach was also very nice with some sun beds and access to the sea for swimming and paddle boarding (provided by the hotel for free).
We stayed at Cielo for 4 nights in February, and during our stay we had an issue with the water supply to our room. When using the shower, we noticed that the water collecting on the floor was orange and on other instances we noticed that the toilet water was also not clear. My partner has light blonde hair and after using the shower in our room we noticed that her hair had been stained to a shade of orange!!
Once we had noticed the colour staining to her hair, we approached reception who waved us away and said there was nothing they could do about it as they didn’t know why the water was orange. They didn’t seem particularly interested in the issue and didn’t offer to come to the room and take a look at the problem.
Furthermore we had used our room to hand wash some of our clothes and any light coloured item of clothing also got stained a colour of orange, completely ruining a white bikini from being wearable again.
No further help was offered regarding the damage to the clothes or my partners hair, and we felt that the support offered by the hotel to resolve this issue was not acceptable or good enough given the calibre of the hotel and the price we had paid to stay there.
Once we had returned to England, my partner had to undergo extensive treatment to her hair to remove the orange staining caused by the hotels water and return her hair back to its natural colour.
In order to resolve this, we sent an email of complaint to the hotel which was responded to by the hotel manager, Pauline Cabessa. We found her response to be extremely rude and her only concern was that we would write a bad review about her hotel and had no regard for the issue at hand. She alluded to the fact that we wanted to write a review (and we quote) “just to frighten her” and that “it is not nice to tell customers about your bad experience to tell them to avoid coming here”.

Cielo is an incredible boutique hotel. The staff was helpful and kind, the rooms exquisitely designed/decorated, and the grounds immaculate.
Wasn’t as close to fisherman’s village as we would’ve hoped. Still accessible, but still about a 15-20 min. walk.

beautiful place, food was exceptional.
booked a tour through the resort and we are English first language, they booked a tour that was specifically for French first language without notifying us…. it was still a great tour but was awkward for us and the tour guide.

Breakfast was great but not varied so after 7 days we were a bit over it. We found the restaurant a little too overpriced so usually went out to other restaurants. The beach area was very nice.
We had a bike taxi area at the back of our villa and you could hear large groups of people laughing and talking through vents in our bathroom at all times of the day. But apart from that our family enjoyed our 3 bedroom Villa. The plunge pool was an added bonus. Everything was very clean.
9.0 / 10.0
The friendly, attentive and sweet reception/cleaning/gardening/restaurant staff, the amazing vibe, the looks, suitable background music and the personal touch from the staff.
it was an amazing stay, if we would have to point one thing out: the bathroom of our villa was not yet renovated. Did the work though.
10.0 / 10.0
Everything was made to perfection. The staff, the rooms, the food and the service.
About the food: the quality, taste and appearance were above and beyond. All very fresh and mostly home made.
The rooms: Very nice design, very spacious.
Service: all staff make you feel comfortable and make sure your needs are addressed.

Good location, own kitchen in the villa
There were no pillowcases on the pillows.
There were cockroaches in bedrooms.
Unfriendly stuff that made us rude remark, that only guests can swim in the pool, although we lived in the villa. Our morning vibe was ruined!
Cheap villa’s celling decoration, plastic, really? Food is not good, seafood is not tasty.
