Boa localização e estadia

A simpatia da funcionária da receção no check out foi imensa! A perguntar-me se já tinha ido à Lousã, se tinha gostado, etc. Para além disso, o quarto tinha boa vista e a casa de banho era excelente, visto que dava para dois quartos (logo nunca estava muito cheia). Para além disso, não houve muito barulho, tendo sido a minha estadia super calma (ao contrário do que já aconteceu noutras pousadas da juventude). O pequeno-almoço também tinha o essencial: pão, manteiga, fiambre, queijo, iogurte, cereais, bolo, fruta e máquina de café. (fiquei sozinha no quarto com 2 beliches durante a minha estadia)

Pedi mapa aquando do check in (como dizia na página do booking que poderiam disponibilizar) e a senhora disse-me que não tinham.. que podia aceder pelo site da câmara, algo que eu já sabia :(

Very friendly and forthcoming staff. Great facilities: everything available you would hope to find in a hostel (clean showers, [every two rooms share a shower/bath-room], kitchen, lounge, big breakfast room, lockers if you want to store you luggage are available next to the reception, a room for washing clothes was also visible. Towels are provided and there are cabinets in each room to store you belongings. I will definitely visit again if I am in the area once more.

great facilities with kitchen, large common areas for dining and lounge spaces both indoor and outdoor. friendly staff with many tips and information of the surrounding area.

Everything was great except the dormitory shower needs to be maintained to make sure it drains well and the shower does not leak. Other than that everything was fantastic

The staff working there were very nice. It was Okey for a one night sleep during our trip for its location and price.

The facilities have seen already a better time. Everything is a little outdated and needs some work. The breakfast was included, but it was all bare minimum. I still remember when Pousada de Juventude had much better conditions.

Superb

The hostel is spacious with lots of common areas. Breakfast included. The staff is super polite and helpful :) Unlike other places, the room wasn't cold at this season.

The only thing I found inconvenient to use was the shower. The water was not hot enough. To use the shower, you have to press a button. I think this system was supposed to save water, but the water hit with such a strong pressure that instead of saving, too much water was waisted.

We have enjoyed our stay

it was a great stay, the staff is amasing, they gave me a gluten free breakfast as requested, the room was spacious and confortable.

the shower didn´t have a glass protection so everytime we showered the bathroom was flooded
