Awful don’t recommend

Property was really nice. Room was specious.

Very unhelpful staff. When we checked in they asked for a deposit. When I checked my bank they took over double the amount of the hotel price.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in guter Lage, ideal für einen Städteurlaub.

Das sehr gepflegte Hotel und das schöne, große Zimmer. Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit den vielen Bio-Produkten und frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen. Der kleine, gemütliche Wellnessbereich.

Complessivamente molto piacevole. Bellissimo il locale bar e musica aperto per la sera/notte

Posizione non centralissima, ma il luogo è servito da un autobus che porta in centro abbastanza velocemente. Senza colazione perchè troppo cara. letto molto comodo, king size. Bagno con poche possibilità di appoggi. Corredo biancheria ottimo.

Manca il bidet. Pochi appoggi in bagno. In camera mancava l'appoggio per le valigie.

Reception staff were amazing!!! Great 5 star hotel near Philharmonie.

Beautiful property! The lobby is lavish, beautiful chandeliers and very spacious. We had selected this hotel as it is close to the Philharmonie. Check-in was efficient, and Angelina noticed from my passport that I was celebrating my birthday the following day- very astute!!!! Warm wishes and an upgrade were very much appreciated! We ate in the hotel restaurant before going to the concert, and it was excellent. Ambience, food, service was all fantastic, and they had vegan options for our daughter. We were very happy with everything in the restaurant, would definitely recommend it. Nice wines too! Breakfast the following morning had great selections, good food, BUT there was an absence of staff or help. It was quite crowded as there were a couple of conferences in the hotel, and it was difficult to navigate with so many people.

Breakfast - Could have done with a 'meet and greet' 'have you had breakfast here before' kind of person, to guide you how to get pots of tea etc. Our names were crossed off a list and we were just left to our own devices, it was a vast area and hard to find everything.

Marriot was a let down.

The majority of the staff, though not all, exhibit a welcoming and courteous demeanor.

The receptionists were really pushing us to put down a 50 pound deposit every day. I told them I didn't want to because I wasn't going to order room service or eat at the restaurant. The sauna and steam room weren't working. The black guy in charge of the spa kept saying they were working, but they weren't producing any steam. There were also no towels available for the entire three nights we were there. The room was super outdated. There was rust on the glass door of the bathtub, and the heating didn't work. I think the receptionist who gave us the room put us in the worst room they had because we didn't want to give them a deposit. But all the other staff were really nice and helpful.

Pratique et bonne infrastructure.

Bien situé, propre, spa intégré dans l’hôtel. Chambre spacieuse Douche + baignoire

Il fait froid dans le spa. Nous avons été étonnées que des hommes nus puissent accéder au sauna. Aucun explicatif sur l’utilisation du hammam (qui du coup a mal voir pas fonctionné). Très peu d’échange avec le personnel sur comment se passe le séjour, peu communicatif. Pas de « personnalisation ». Peut être est il trop gros à gérer. Du coup, pas de notion de « luxe ».

Das Personal wa sehr freundlich und überhaupt nicht oberflächlich. Das Frühstück war super lecker und vielfältig.

Potsdamer Platz war eher enttäuschend. Ansonsten kann ich nichts negatives schreiben.

הצוות היה מאד אדיב החדר היה גדול ונוח

מיקום גרוע, נחשב מרכז אבל ממש לא מרכזי ורחוק בחמש בבוקר היתה אזעקת שריפה והיינו שעה מחוץ למלון - בלי שום פיצוי מצד המלון. נתקענו במעלית פעם אחת בקיצור לא להיט בכלל

Wer nur ein Bett zum übernachten sucht, wird zufrieden sein. Wer mehr erwartet, wird enttäuscht sein.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung.

Das Personal wirkte mehrfach überfordert. Preise im Restaurant sind völlig überzogen.

Es war okay.

Sehr geräumiges Zimmer. Sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal ist freundlich. Absolute Ruhe in der Nacht, durch fantastische Isolierung. Gute Klimaanlage.

In der Badewanne duschen zu müssen finde ich total überholt. Der Hahn für die Dusche war so schwergängig, dass ich Mühe hatte ihn an zu bekommen. Die Duschtücher sind so schwer, dass ich auf ein Händehandtuch ausweichen musste. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption konnte uns nicht sagen, wie wir mit unseren mitgebrachten Fahrrädern durch das Rolltor in der Tiefgarage nach außen kommen.

Gruselalarm im Spa-Bereich

Es war alles sehr hübsch. Personal war nett.

Keine Minibar. Nur zwei sehr kleine stille Gratis-Wasserfläschchen auf dem Zimmer - da sind andere Hotels dieser Preisklasse spendabler. Der nächste Supermarkt ist weit weg, um das Hotel herum wird nicht viel geboten. Im stark nach Chlor riechenden Spa-Bereich lassen Menschen ihre Handtücher auf den Liegen liegen, sodass man nicht weiß, welche belegt sind. Und noch schlimmer: es gab dort einen unangenehmen Mann, der nackt in den Pool gestiegen ist und uns recht auffällig ein seltsames Schmuckstück um sein bestes Stück zur Schau gestellt hat. Leider war kein Personal weit und breit, sodass wir mit der Situation allein waren.

Es un hotelazo muy bueno de categoria superior. Habia oferta y me alegro de haber pasado una noche aqui, aunque esta en una zona apartada del turismo. Es para gente de nivel adquisitivo alto y personas de negocios. Desayuno 42 euros!!! Una pasada. Y "solo" 35 si lo contratas la noche anterior. Carisimo. Hotel de lujo, cama enorme, tele grande con todas las cadenas menos TVEspañola (si hay Cubavision, supongo que hay mas cubanos que españoles), baño bueno, toallas que pesan una tonelada, albornoz ... excelente aunque no se si vendria con los precios normales, es para gente con pasta con un cierto estilo de vida.

Me parecio excelente. El desayuno (que no tome pero lo vi), una pasada si esta uno dispuesto a gastar 42 euros. Me ha gustado la experiencia de pasar una noche en el hotel.

Séjour calme et serein grâce à la qualité des prestations.

Dans son ensemble, l’hôtel est calme et la chambre confortable. Le hall est agréable et spacieux, les nombreux services sont de qualité.

L’horaire de nettoyage de la chambre est irrégulier. La finition de la paroi de douche est à refaire, l’eau s’écoule sur le sol pendant la douche.

Disappointed

The staff were nice

First two rooms we booked had a hard stench of cigarettes. The staff tried to accommodate us by moving us to a new room. One was free of smoke but the other still smelled like an ashtray. That rooms ac/ heater unit did not work either especially since the window was left open to get rid of the cigarette smell. We expected more for a Marriott hotel. We ended up sleeping in a cold smelly room.
