Zentrale Lage ob mit Bus U-Bahn, S-Bahn und Regionalbahn alles schnell erreichbar. Gute Ausstattung leckeres Frühstück. Gutes deutsches Qualitätsporzellan.

Die Lage war super und das Personal freundlich. die Ausstattung vom Hotel und die Sauberkeit sind auch super

Jedoch das Frühstück für 28 Euro anzubieten und dabei eine dermassen schlechte Auswahl und einen nicht geniessbaren Kaffee zu servieren ist fast frech. Ebenso die Parkgebühren für zwei Nächte von 60 Euro geht gar nicht

Très bonne localisation. Literie au top

Dommage d'être réveillé deux jours de suite par un bruit de perceuse à 7h30 dans l'hôtel. Un horaire plus adapté pour des travaux serait apprécié !

An excellent centrally located hotel

The hotel is centrally located and near the Friedrichstraße station. The room which faced towards the river was very comfortable and clean. We had a large bed (2 singles put together), bath with shower overhead, toilet and a bidet. There was a kettle and a coffee machine. Tea and coffee was replenished every day. The breakfast was excellent with both cooked and continual dishes. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We would stay here again.

Das Zimmer war unglaublich komfortabel und für eine kleine Familie super geeignet. Unsere Tochter hat extra ein Zustellbett ins Zimmer gestellt bekommen und alles hat seinen Zweck erfüllt. Der Eingangsbereich des Zimmers war sehr gut geschnitten, sodass man diesen als kleinen Flur bezeichnen konnte. Der späte Check-Out um 12:00 Uhr war auch sehr familienfreundlich. Das Personal vor Ort war immer nett und sehr zuvorkommend. Ganz toll war das Frühstück eine Ebene höher auf das wir uns jedes Mal sehr gefreut haben. Alles was das Herz begehrt. Besser frühstücken kann man nirgendwo. Wir freuen uns auf eine wiederholte Buchung in diesem wunderschönen Hotel.

Wonderful room in a great location

This room was wonderful! Location is perfect, half a block from Friedrichstraße train station, right along the river. Very comfortable, large size, good amenities. There is a nice tapas restaurant in the ground floor as well.

Una notte da incubo.

La posizione è sicuramente favorevole sia per la sua vicinanza ai trasporti pubblici che ad alcune importanti attrazioni quali l'isola dei Musei. La struttura è ampia e la sala colazione gode di una splendida vista sull'esterno. Buona la colazione.

Ci sono diverse cose che non hanno soddisfatto le mie aspettative e quelle di mio marito. Innanzitutto l'attenzione al cliente. Piuttosto superficiale e frettolosa. Appena arrivati ho subito notato che una delle due finestre della stanza non si chiudeva perché difettosa,( mi chiedo come possa non essersene accorta la signora delle pulizie, visto il freddo della stagione) . Per fortuna, nel corso della giornata è stata sistemata. La stanza, essendo prenotata per due persone doveva essere fornita di biancheria da bagno per 2 ma il telo bagno, se non da me espressamente richiesto, era fornito per una persona sola (per ben due volte).Il bagno era (miracolo all'estero) provvisto di un bidè ma l'acqua defluiva molto lentamente (possibile che chi rifà le camere non se ne sia accorto? ). Inoltre in un 4 stelle non vi era neanche un servizio di cortesia, come una cuffia da bagno. Ma l'episodio più increscioso si è verificato in piena notte quando una persona (un uomo giovane) , visibilmente alterata, semi svestita, si è presentata dietro la porta della camera e ci ha svegliati bussando insistentemente tentando anche di forzarla . Quando mio marito ha aperto leggermente la porta, l'uomo ha tentato di entrare ma mio marito è riuscito prontamente a respingere il giovane mentre io (per ben due volte) chiamavo la reception chiedendo l'intervento immediato della sicurezza al piano. La quale, al suo arrivo, è riuscita ad allontanare l'uomo. Mentre noi, quasi morti dallo spavento, non abbiamo più ripreso sonno. Perché racconto questo episodio in una recensione? Perché ritengo abbastanza grave che la mattina, alla richiesta di chiarimenti presso la reception, nessuno sapesse nulla, né ha ritenuto di doverci delle scuse. Ho chiesto al momento del check out di essere informata attraverso una mail sull'accaduto, mail che, in verità, stiamo ancora aspettando.
