The Boss is very kind and helpful. great locations

Staff was very helpful and available. Room was clean and price was good comparing to other places.
The area is not the best, didn’t have any problems walking around at night time but you do not feel very safe walking in those streets at night time as it is close to the Central station.

Good location close to train. Staff were friendly.
Area around hotel was quite dirty and unsafe

The hotel is clean and gives you bed clean bathroom and air conditioning. If you just want to sleep this is your hotel but i think it is overpriced.
Overpriced

The location is not safe if you are traveling alone. I was afraid to go out in the evening

This was the third time that I've used this hotel, I like the location, but things have changed since the last time I visited, there's no longer a manned reception as you enter, I arrived after check-in hours and was given a code for entry which went smoothly, when I was leaving I found the reception just by chance as the door where it's situated was open.
I can't think of anything that I didn't like, it would be nice if the hotel had a lift but I already knew that it didn't, so be aware of that if you don't like stairs.

I had a conversation with the owner and he said that i could check out anytime i want but the next day in the morning a lady that only speaks italian kicked me out at 11 am and let a man called me and said that the check out time was at 10 am and i have to leave in 10 minutes otherwise i have to pay for another day. Which is very rude for me as a costumer, i think they could handle it differently because of the miscommunication. I was on a solo trip and they couldn’t speak very good english so the miscommunicate was very easily to make. Beyond that the man owner walked in to my room without knocking and used the key to come inside twice meanwhile i was in the bathroom as a lady.

The receptionist/owner was very nice and welcoming and allowed me to check in early without extra cost.
Room could have been better but was okay considering price and excellent location.

room was very poor no facilities at all very old . no lift the hotel guy is very rude. I kept my luggage at the hotel for some time for this he charged me 3euro per bag there 5 bags so I had to pay him 15 euros after that i used toilet then he asked for the money to use the toilet as well. what a poor guy …

it was close to central station, that’s why I picked it. The area in itself was a bit rough and unclean, but the old phrase is you get what you pay for. Nothing wrong with the hotel itself as such, just rather basic. Then again, I only slept there really.

Of course, I understand perfectly well that this is two stars. But the price of 230 euros for two nights was simply not fair ... in general, I didn’t like that it was expensive and at the same time so bad

Bathroom flooded while shower.
The towels are old
The colour and feeling of the room dark .

Had AC, was clean
replace soap/shampoo daily, fix front door so that it locks, price is high for a dirty part of town

One guest was booked to stay in this hotel. The day before check in, a group of us went to see it. The street was scary, we felt unsafe and the hotel rooms looked awful. It was not even the cheapest hotel around. We would not recommend anyone stay here alone or in a group or at all!!
I would’ve liked a Better description of the hotel and the neighborhood. There was a sign on the front door that prostitution is not allowed here- I’ve never seen anything like this and never had a bad experience before on booking.com

The owner was very helpful and gave us good advise as to restaurants and places to go. it is very close to the train station.
The bathroom was very litlle practical nor confortable because the shower was in the middle without any courtain so everything got wet everytime we had a shower. The wifi was bad. The neibourghood was a little dark and dirty.

The receptionist was very friendly and he tried his best.
Location, bed, too expensive for what it was.

- The balcony was lovely, not that great of a view but still nice!
- The room was nice
- Bed was comfy
- Small TV
- Lots of storage space
- Early check in was good!
- Staff was friendly
- Room was well cleaned
- The front door and front hall looked a bit scary, it genuinely felt like and looked like every scene from every horror movie.
- We were greeted by a friendly man who asked if me and my boyfriend (we are gay) are comfortable sharing a bed. ???
- The surrounding area of the hotel was not great. Obviously this isn't the hotels fault but when you google the area it comes up in lists of being one of the dodgiest areas.
- The front door didn't properly lock, there were a few dodgy characters, one who hurled homophobic abuse at us. AGAIN not the hotels fault but not a great introduction to the area. We really didn't feel safe. Would avoid the area at night. Due to feeling unsafe we ended up moving to another hotel.

Very loud outside and cold inside

Very bad location in an area that feels unsafe, albeit close to the main train station. The hotel is in a building that's undergoing lots of work, including the entrance, which makes it hidden.
The concierge was rude and was almost interrogating me until I told him to mind his own business. Then he left the reception at 9:00pm and left the main keys on the desk, which makes you feel unsafe considering the kind of area the hotel is situated in.
There's a huge backyard behind the hotel which seems to be used as a place for surrounding buildings to throw their waste in a barbaric way, which led to a very bad smell throughout the hotel.

very nice location; interior was clean
the area is very dirty outside (though not the problem of the hotel)
