מיקום המלון מעולה , חדרים גדולים , הזמנתי מיטה זוגית אבל היה עדיף שתי מיטות נפרדות שהן גדולות מאוד כי המיטה הזוגית קטנה. בריכה גדולה ונהדרת על הגג , צוות עובדים מקצועי ואדיב.

מיטה זוגית קטנה , ארוחת בוקר דלה , אפשר לוותר .

Relax y confort de lujo

Ya habíamos estado en el hotel y me gustó la ubicación, pero las habitaciones nos parecieron pequeñas. Pero esta vez tuvimos la suerte que, como estaba lleno, nos cambiaron la habitación y nos dieron una Junior Suite y era espectacular

El precio de las bebidas en en bar de la piscina es excesivo. Si vas a habitación normal, es pequeña

Vacaciones con Padres

Es segunda vez que regreso a este hotel en Madrid esta muy bien ubicado, la zona de piscina es increíble y desde ahí tienes las vista perfecta para una buenas fotos, el desayuno es muy completo, y las habitaciones bastante cómodas.

Gimnasio muy malo el tiempo de entrenamiento es importante para ti, este deja mucho que desear en comparación a todo el resto de las dependencias donde si se nota esmero y preocupación para que todo sea una experiencia, todo lo contrario ocurre con el gimnasio, poca preocupación por este espacio. y la segunda cosa por mejorar en actitud la de el personal de recepción lo encontré poco amable más bien seco y con poca actitud.

הדבר היליד שמצא חן בעינינו זה שהבית מלון קרוב למרכז בגראן ויא

מקום ישן מאוד רמת נקיון לא הכי , מתקנים ישנים , מיטות ומצעים לא ברמה טובה , צוות אדיש מאוד מתחילים לנקות אחרי 13 בצהריים בזמן שחזרנו למלון לנוח קצת אין תמורה למחיר יקר לבית מלון זה

Es un hotel que no falla, es súper correcto en todo sentido y ya me he hospedado allí antes. Esta vez nos dieron una habitación que demasiado pequeña y eso lo hizo incómodo.

El único problema y fue solo esta vez, fue el tamaño de la habitación

Excellent central location for a short stay in Madrid.

Very central location. Lots of shopping and theaters within a few blocks. Hop on bus stop very nearby. Great way to see the city in a short stay. Rooms well soundproofed considering the busy area we are in.

Bathrooms are updated, but the rooms and hotel in general is very dated.

Era clienta frecuente de este hotel. Me gustaban sus habitaciones y lo agradable del personal

En esta oportunidad, no me gustó el recepcionista poco amable y la pieza muy ruidosa al nivel de no poder dormir y de un tamaño que dudo los 23 m2 o muy mal distribuidos. Se me imagina que era como el anexo de una pieza compartida. Se lo hice ver al recepcionista a quien poco le importó. Como conclusión no volvería Jamás a este hotel. Carísimo para lo que entregaron.

Nice hotel in central Madrid.

Location of the hotel is excellent , all main attraction is walking distance. Hotel is nice, room was not big but enough space , considering this is city hotel. Swimming pool is very nice but would be even nicer if water in swimming pool is heated bit more.

Room card needs to be used to operate escalator and when you put card in the slot to operate lift very often didn't recognize card and took few try to get card to work. First day when we arrived our room was on the 9th floor and smell in the room was horrible. Next day we asked to change room and reception staff said we can get another room later in the day. This room was fine , no smell. Maybe they knew about smell in the first room and they should not give out that room to guests . Even room is nice , if you can smell sewage as first impression is not good.

A hotel to enjoy

We stayed here last week and didn’t like our room, but this time we had a lovely, well appointed room with a very comfortable bed. We found the staff kind and friendly and we loved the breakfasts. The rooftop pool and bar are wonderful although the pool was too cold for us! I would recommend this hotel.

The best location in Madrid

This hotel was amazing! The location could not have been better. Rooms were clean and organized every day. The upper pool and bar were very nice with a great view. I will highly recommend this hotel!

location in town very good , location of the room was very bad. since we book via booking we got the worst room that is in the hotel

Ambience and location. Rooftop was amazing when we went up on Sunday, but was then closed rest of time. I know it's their winter but after Easter and with good weather, guests expect bar to be open for their convenience
