Awesome Views and Service

Hotel was very nice. Location and service were awesome. Breakfast was nice, I was longing for porridge, fresh berries and Finnish Coffee 😊 Room was very cozy and had lot of space. View to mountains and fjord was awesome!

We had no air conditioning in room, it was quite hot the second day. We had two separate beds instead of one double bed.

Reasonable hotel in good location

Location and breakfast.

Rooms. The hotel is being renovated and the refurbished rooms look nice. I didn’t have one of those rooms, so mine looked dated and I didn’t think was worth the money. The shower was ridiculously small, it was so close to the toilet and sink you had to squeeze through a gap to get in it, and it flooded the whole bathroom.

Bagger! Which is Dutch for lousy.

We were placed in a very old part of the hotel, room 521. The bathroom was very tiny. The shower was way to small, even for a 60kg woman. The light in the bathroom sometimes worked, sometimes not. The bedside lamp was broken. The hotelroom door could be opened on the outside without a key card. The coffee/teacorner in the room was empty. At breakfast the only coffee machine available often didn't work. Asking the staff for help, they clearly were annoyed that they couldn't help, or that people kept asking? We simply don't understand the name of the hotel if you offer rooms/service like that, for the money we paid. Shamefull!! The receptionist (a man) helped us to a different room. So at that point there was a newer room available. Why give people the old stuff!?

Very good

We stayed at this hotel recently, and the location was excellent. We stayed in the older section of the hotel, and the rooms were clean and spacious. One of the best things was the convenience of parking our car in the adjacent shopping center's parking garage. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a great location and comfortable accommodations.

Worth a visit

The hotel room was very spacious and nice. The breakfast was excellent, very varied, top quality and very fresh. The staff was also very friendly. Paid parking is available in the parking garage of the shopping centre next door (daily maximum rate 150 NOK).

The hotel room is freshly renovated, but the bathroom is a bit cramped and (still) old-fashioned.

Great breakfast, rooms need refreshing

We chose this hotel mainly for its location, very close to the train station and bus stops. Main positive points apart from the location were the large room, comfortable beds, good blackout curtains, and excellent breakfast - probably the best we have had in Norway.

Our room needed refreshing - there was renovation going on during our visit, so the newer rooms may be nicer. No plugs by the beds. Bathroom a good size but poorly ventilated, which could be an issue in winter. Overall a bit expensive for what you get.

Good place for a stay in Narvik close to the train station.

spacious room, comfortable beds, comfortable room and also with a view. Fantastic breakfast choice and a very good connection to the airport bus service (bus stop in front of the hotel. Could imagine to come back.

Great location close to railway station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Two bars and restaurants attached to the hotel.

Fantastic staff and amazing breakfast. The room was of a good standard, but it was the extras that made this a wonderful

A perfect location for catching the train early morning. The buffet breakfast was just superb, such an array of fresh food and drinks available. The staff were very helpful and the bar restaurant had lovely food.

Unfortunately the rooftop restaurant wasn’t open the day we w were staying there.

I like to have my room cleaned daily but your staff said they were "Protecting the Environment" I don't believe it. your staff were polite but no one did outstanding Customer Service except a male waiter on Tuesday night in your Restaurant .

Superb

Very nice and helpful staff, providing infos about Cable car, buses, northern lights...etc! Double room totally ok, good bed, nice to have floor heating in the bathroom in winter (maybe just a little bit too warm) Great breakfast buffet! And perfect location, 5 minutes walking from the train station and the bus terminal.

Disappointing

location is good, frontdesk is very kind

The water is not hot in the bathroom in the winter! Even I can say it is not warm enough even i open 100%of “hot” water. We live in level three and it is too noise from the bar and from the street!
