Good location, secure parking, good bar. Town was a real surprise. Very good bars and restaurants.

Location seemed pretty central; however, as I was traveling on the weekend, the town seemed very dead.
Oh wow, where to start?! When I arrived, the hotel was essentially locked down and there was no one to be seen or heard. After some knocking and calling, a woman finally showed up and started communicating with me through THE LOCKED door, letting me know there was no free beds for the night. Only after lengthy discussions (in French – no one here spoke ANY English) and presenting my booking confirmation, she reluctantly opened the door. Next she got VERY unhappy about me bringing a dog despite the property being listed as pet friendly and me having announced the dog up front. When I finally received my keys, I found a room in terrible condition. The furniture was extremely beat up, the ceiling and walls had stains, the shower had no hot water and the curtain was definitely from the last century. To top it all, I was essentially LOCKED INTO the hotel and as the staff kept all doors locked and don't give you a key for the main door. Why-oh-why would you open a hotel if you have zero hospitality, warmth or customer service skills?!

Helpful staf to park our bicycles in nearby garage!

Good value. Friendly staff. Has cafeteria.
Room smelled of tobacco smoke. As mentioned by a previous reviewer, it's curious how there's a warning in reception about hefty fine for smoking in rooms and yet my room had a handy ashtray on the windowsill.

The staff were very friendly and did everything to make our stay a good one food was coked nicely and enjoyed this we have a pet dog so had to sit outside in the street to eat not so bad in the evening heat except for flys morning was not as good as breakfast was spitting with rain
The town is very narrow streets as I was traveling with a caravan and from the uk I was reliant on sat nav not that this is the fault of the hotel ended up having to get the police to escort me out of the town park up and walk to hotel as very restricted with little parking for anything larger than a car. Also found myself locked in when I got up in the morning reception isn't maned all the time had to wait to leave the hotel
There is a no smoking policy in the room yet it stunk of stale cigarett smoke Obviously smoking on the so called balcony which is nothing larger than a small ledge with a rail around it

It’s not a luxurious hotel, but the staff is very kind, it is clean, the beds are comfortable and it is well located

Extremely friendly and willing to help you with whatever you needed. The location is very good, as there is a main street just a couple of minutes walk, with everything you could want on it. The lift was a plus as well.
