El desayuno muy bien, aunque no estaba incluído.
No nos gustó nada que la calefacción no estuviera encendida, la habitación estaba congelada y en diciembre creo que es imprescindible y en el baño ni calefacción había, ni nos duchamos.

The place is really nice and quaint. Real countryside vibe and well decorated. This place is worth the stay. Also the breakfast is not included but is well worth it, quality ingredients.
It was very hot when we stayed and we had a fan, but AC would have been better.

It is well located, in a little town, surround with nature. I had a great stay and the people who owns the place are very kind and warm.

Very clean;

Spacious and comfortable room equipped with what we needed, including microwave which we greatly appreciated due to our special diet;

It would have been great if we could open the window to let fresh air in;
An electric kettle would have made the room equipment perfect for us.

This is our 4th stay at El Tirol and it's a very convenient stop off for us. Our two dogs are accepted with no extra charge and there is a great walk opposite the hotel. The room is spacious and very clean. Parking is free next to the hotel. Room rates are amazing.

The place is so cute, with a courtyard covered with gorgeous greenery. The rooms were spotless and great value for money. Perfect stop over, we wish we'd stayed longer!
I left my ring among other things in the room! The owners went out of their way to get it back to me. very kind.

Beautiful place, very clean and peaceful. Dogs welcome without any fee which is not common in Spain. Very nice owners, sadly they dont have time/stuff to open the restaurant which has a lovely terrace. Very cute place highly recommended. The only little minus was lack of internet - sometimes very important for foreigners travelling abroad. But definitely it's a place where you can get rest from the rest of the world.

Clean, quiet, warm room (cold weather). Very well maintained hotel. Simple breakfast but so good ! Thank you to Felipe and the sister of Immaculada
A simple bed is not so confortable for me, I would have preferred a double bed

Firstly, I couldn't believe how cheap it was and, when I arrived, the quality was great. Characterful antiques and original design, large warm bedroom with great shower and very comfortable bed. They welcome dogs too with no extra charges. Across the road is a fantastic footpath, Route de Plata, which was great for me and my dogs. The tiny village behind the guest house is well worth a 20 minute stroll - the land that time forgot. The inexpensive breakfast is served in front of a log fire.

Very old and dated property. More like a house with rooms. No host on site which made me feel a bit unsafe as a solo female traveller. The owner text me to call her when I got to the hotel, which I found very strange as she then came to meet me to give me a key. Beds had plastic under sheet which made horrible sound. The beds were so old they creaked very loudly anytime I moved disrupting my sleep. Decor extremely old and dated also. Walls were paper-thin so I was woken by some man snoring very loudly next door. Dark and dated property, right on the main road so I wouldn't stay again. No breakfast or food nearby anywhere

Location close to motorway was good, parking close to the property also good.
The use of extension cables in the bedrooms 2 extension cables one after another used to get from the plug socket to the heater, this really isn’t safe meaning I couldn’t use the heater for fear of it causing an electrical fire.

Comfortable and spacious Albergue, in a quiet village of Extremadura. We had the whole Albergue for us because of the low season, and the host put the heater for us just before we get there. And he came in the morning to prepare the breakfast, that was so nice ! Muchas gracias

A real authentic Spanish home. Great character, really comfy beds , warm and cosy. Breakfast was by a roaring log fire. Easy access from motorway. Would definitely book here again if we are traveling through the area and it was also fog friendly.
