Příjemný starší hotel v klidnější čtvrti se spoustou zeleně. Blízkost vlaku na letiště.

Dostali jsme pokoj s výhledem do parku, kde byl úplný klid. Pohodlí, čistota, skvělá snídaně v posledním patře s terasou a panoramatickým výhledem do parku, na město a okolní hory.

nice location (about 15min walk to the center). Big rooms and bathroom with balcony.

difficult to regulate the water temperature in the shower. it was either hot or too hot

very convenient location and bus stop for the airport shuttle really close to hotel. had 2 bathrooms which was really a bonus. Very helpful reception team ; walking distnce to most of the major tourist sites. The hotel is on a very busy main road, so remember to ask for a quite room at the back facing the garden, which we thankfully had.

Would have liked to have coffee/ tea making facility in the room and preferably a bigger and digital safe deposit locker in the room rather than the small manual key operated one. Breakfast choice was a bit limited.

We were very happy with our stay.

Reception staff, especially Stephanie were very welcoming, helpful in providing information and arranging transport when needed, especially as were travelling with a baby . The staff serving breakfast were very efficient, pleasant and went out of their way to be helpful.

Location was not so good,the staff's english is very poor. But they was very kind to our requirements. Breakfast was not so good but ONOFRIO was (the waiter) :) overall was good.loved it.

Nice quiet hotel in Palermo City - short distance to the old town

Nice hotel located at the Girardino Inglese. The airport bus stop was just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. We got a quiet room overlooking the garden, and there was a little gym upstairs. We had to order breakfast caused by covid rules - and it was excellent. Very friendly staff. Additionally, Palermo was a nice surprise!

The bed was made up funny the second day, or not made up at all.

Cozy and cute hotel with nice location. Would love to come back some day.

A beautiful little gem with lots of attention to detail. Very friendly staff. The room we got was really spacious. We were lucky and got a room with view to the "Giardino Inglese" (so very quiet). A/C worked well, too. The beds were big and comfortable. The interiour of room and hotel in general was full of cute details. The location is not super central (20 min walk to what I would consider the city center). However, bus stop super close. Also a few very nice restaurants and a nice ice cream parlor basically just around the corner.

Breakfast. Quality/taste was completely fine. Assuming due to Corona we had to order a day in advance (incl. specific time) and breakfast would be served at a table of your choice. So far so good. However we never got completely what we got - something was missing or something else arrived. Which is not a big problem as well. But time management really has room for improvement. We always had to wait for 20-25 minutes after our indicated time to get the first things . Lucklily we were never in a hurry but it was a bit disappointing.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful with lovely clean rooms,welcoming staff and the city centre is around 20min walk.We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to be close to centre but far from the noisy streets.

Nothing to dislike.We loved our stay!
