It was okay. The room was clean. Its in a good location, near cafes and yoga studios and the beach.
It was a bit depressing.
5.0
clean
too bad there’s that Broken down building beside the hotel otherwise it’s in a great location
5.0
Great location, steps from the beach and lots of bars and restaurants.
The pool was brilliant and always quiet. Rooms were nice, good AC and good Wifi.
4.5
The pool was lovely to chill at, clean room and AC was a lifesaver. Definitely would stay again.
Nothing.
4.0
I didn’t like there was no actual full view to the ocean.
3.5
it was okay
there were some weird orange spots on the wall, no hair dryer, just two towels (not big enough for the body), no towels for the face or the hair or the pool. a very small mirror. The shower head was soo weak with little water, not so practical when you are all day at the beach.
3.5
It’s just a average hotel. Nothing to complain but the rating on booking is exagerated. Close to the beach. Close to a lot of bar and restaurants. There a tiny parking, but you easily can park in the street. I don’t know if it’s safe but it’s almost the same thing than the hotel parking.
There’s no security. Main door of the hotel is open 24/24.
No beach view, there is a ruined building in front. No towels… Very noisy during night. There few clubs very close.

Great accomodation, lovely staff, nice pool, good amenities nearby. The cabins have everything you need, bar a kettle which you can use at the front desk. Shared clean water bottles at the entrance.
We had an excellent stay and really appreciated good advice about the area from Brenda at the front desk. The only down side was the loud music coming from Coconutz nightclub on the seafront between midnight and 6am. Not the hotel's fault, but definitely bring earplugs. I will stay somewhere quiter next time. But still, excellent value for money.

Stayed in the newer section. The older side was not to our liking so had to pay more to move.
The pictures of pool are old. There is a giant concrete building blocking all views. Also beach club not far away plays music until 6am!!
4.0
We were pleased with our room, The NEW section is really nice, roomy, clean and the beds were good. The kitchen had only basics, and no coffee making options. Our room had a view, deck and kitchen, so we were very happy. Note, we were there on a weekday, below us were event places that could get loud on the weekends, but that's Puerto on the weekend!
Missing coffee maker or even little package of coffee and creamer.
3.5
The location is great, having 2 gates os helpful getting in and out, close to restaurants the beach and main street.
The pool was also nice.
Great fridge with drinks in lobby, ice cold!
No view cause there is a huge empty building between hotel andnbeach
Services were pretty mediocre
Could make sitting area around the pool nicer
Shower was a bit rusty and crusty
4.5
it was in a great spot and loved getting our freshest brewed coffee in the morning from Dan restaurant a few steps away ! the staff was very nice and friendly!!
nice location and clean

everything!!!
Very safe and secure.
Comfortable bed
Great swimming pool!
Hot water in the shower
Great vibe and lovely staff
There was quite a lot of noise from the club by the beach until about 6am.
as a young couple we didn’t care and there’s nothing the hotel can do about it but probably one for people to watch out.
4.0
The room was big, clean and with a beautiful view. The staff were super friendly. The location is great, very close to all the bars, restaurants and a family beach.
The only thing I would like to have known is that being so close to all the nightlife, it's very loud at night as it faces the main discos of the area. But the location, internet access, staff and big rooms make up for it.

Location is great, very close to the beach side. the staff is welcoming and friendly.
We had a booking during the weekend and it was quite loud . You barely can’t sleep.

Comfortable beds.
Friday and Saturday evening loud music until 7am. Only one thing towel all stay.
3.5
The rooms were tastefully decorated. Clean and modern with air conditioning and a fan. The pool and communal areas were clean. Within a short walking distance to the beach. Great breakfast places close by and a convenience store across the road
On Friday and Saturday nights, not far from the apartment there were loud parties going on all night. Take ear plugs with you. However we did manage to sleep despite the noise
4.0
The hotel is in good location in terms of avoiding noise from the city and close distance to the beach, good restaurants and market. We went for cheapest option of a room and got one close to the swimming pool and it was spacious. The view was over other room's wall. Each room i a kind of separate hut close to each other. The swimming pool was good for hot days and a terrace next to it was a nice place to rest.
The photos on booking don't show how the area looks like now. All facilities are a bit used and ran down comparing to what is shown on booking.com and the main thing being swimming pool and a giant unfinished ghost hotel in front of it. The area looks different. Despite of all that this is still a good option if you want to be close to the beach and have a swimming pool.
3.5
The property was close to the beach and close many restaurants. The staff was very friendly
No entertainment in the hotel room and the fact that there was no notice in about the road work at the entrance of the hotel!
3.5
Location nice, hot shower, ac, comfy bed
Raging music all night until 6am 3 nights in a row. Water turned off overnight so couldn’t flush toilet during night.
